Paid for my food,was told it would be a few min..20 min later I ask where my food is and they say it was given to another customer, so I ask for my money back and the manager told me he couldn't refund my money because he didn't have acess to do so...I waited 45 min to get my pizza and customer service was horrible the employees did not know how to take care of this whole mess ...I should have been able to get my money back without any issues...I will not be returning

Ordered online for delivery it’s said 30 minutes. At 7:30 the app tracker showed the delivery was on the way. 1hour later it still wasn’t delivered I called the worker said the delivery driver has been on his way and should be there soon. So I said ok that’s fine. Waited another 30 minutes before the pizza arrived it took almost 2 hours to receive the delivery. This is not ok… nor did the person in the phone or the delivery driver seemed to care

This is probably the worst marcos pizza in all of lorain. It sucks too....I love the the Hawaiian pizza from marcos pizza. But thus location specifically is f'd up.

literally just got my food like 5 minutes ago, had to say something because…wth. Its 11pm, the food gets here because we hear a car pull up. suddenly the doorbell goes off, and honestly as a food delivery driver myself I would never ring that late, i’d be worried about disturbing the family but i guess HEY thats just me…after trying to race downstairs to answer the door after the ring, the deliverer then BANGS on the door??? i specifically put contactless delivery on the app, and this was very much not contactless as it was clear they wanted us to come outside and get the food. the bang was loud enough for us to be skeptical if it was even the delivery person, but after checking through my curtains i saw it was a woman with my food looking real annoyed. not sure what all that was about, but giving people a scare like that relatively late at night is kind of an A-hole thing to do.

My sister and I had placed an order slightly after 11 after Google stated they operated until 12:30. However they only operate til 12. Nonetheless our order was still processed online and the money was taken out. Upon arrival our vehicle and another sat in the parking lot before closing time and they canceled both our order and the other person and when we called the gentleman working was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever.

Very rude, cancelled my order prior to closing then locks the door and proceeds to tell me that he canceled my order and that we are closed. Has not refunded my money of my cancelled order and when I called to get refunded told already done and refused a manger or corporate number!

Ordered and wanted EXTRA EXTRA Sauce was tolled would also put a side cup of sauce. Pizza came quickly BONE DRY and NO side cup. Hmmm Called they sent another pizza quickly with more sauce than first BUT NO SIDE CUP . Honestly NO more Marcos ..Happened last time but let it go.. Pizza is not cheap and as I ran a business A HAPPY CUSTOMER IS A REPEAT CUSTOMER.

The lady whom was working today Sunday 2/4/2024 @11:30 am was phenomenal she was very professional and very kind amazing young lady, but for the tall guy with they glasses to come and be rude to her as he did because she made a simple mistake made me mad as ever she was alone working lunch and he came in late and was being rude because the store was not up to his standard ?!.?! Excuse me sir if you were on time to work and did your job as ASM I believe is what he said you wouldn’t have to come in and not be set up for lunch .! Anyone in food knows it’s called prep for a reason to be prepared for the service day and have items ready at hand . But he was so rude and disrespectful to this young lady when it was actually his fault.!

This place is the absolute biggest headache to order from. Ordered an Xlarge 12 cut pizza with three crust toppers and extra cups of dipping ranch on the side. recieved a large 8 cut pizza, with no crust toppers, no dipping sauce. Meaning they did not give me ANYTHING that i actually ordered. called the store to see how this can be fixed and Waited on hold for 25 minutes without getting to speak to a person until i just gave up. After continously bad service, i will never order from marcos again. No wonder why it has such terrible reviews.

Consistently incorrect orders. RUDE customer service. Phone wait times are outrageous (20+ mins). Staff does not rectify issues when brought to their attention. Closed when store hours say open. Will not be ordering from marcos again. This place is in shambles.

The Sausage Magnifico with no Sausage!!!!!!!! Today is 12/18/2023 I just had the worse experience at This Marco's Pizza ever and this will be my last order at this particular location. I have had wrong orders in the past and they have always made up for it, but today I ordered a "Sausage Magnifico". After I brought home the pizza, I noticed there was no Sausage in it (how ironic is that!!). I called the store and explained this to the person that answered the phone. He did NOT apologize and just told me to take the pizza back and that I could wait for another pizza to be made with sausage. I asked if there was anything else he could do for the inconvenience, he sounded very agitated and said "you could bring the pizza back and I will refund your money" I asked him if he could give me some kind of discount. He said there was nothing else he could do for me and that he wasn't giving me a free pizza take it or leave it. I told him that I didn't want a free pizza and could I speak to the Manager. He said he was the assistant Manager. I was in shock as to how unprofessional, unapologetic and unwilling to even try to make anything right for the customer. This has been the worse customer service the I have received and will not order from there again. Customer Service is Everything!!!!
