EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE even after the sale! The Brunswick and Lorain store worked together to get me taken care of. The mattress I originally chose was a bit too firm. They went above and beyond to get me another one that was a bit softer. My experience when I first started shopping for a mattress was excellent also. Low pressure and knowledgeable service. Thank you team! I will recommend you to everyone! Keep up the good work!

I needed a mattress and frame but could not place the order on the website and receive the discounts. I worked with the store Manager and he was able to get me the bed I wanted and the adjustable frame with two discounts. It was easy to get what I needed with just a simple phone call.
