Bad customer service. Customer service has surely changed over the years. The Guy running it (Mike) ( if that is even his name). Tall slender guy has a bad attitude that does not represent the metro by T-Mobile. We were quoted 3 different prices. Then he got mad and got an attitude saying I sell phones all day and don’t care. Hood like mentality right in front of our child. Good luck.!! Don’t take your children there. Everyone’s: take your business to a better safer neighborhood.

Called asking questions about a tablet for my sister and the guy sounded annoyed with me and said he didn’t know and I would just have to come in to a store and see. All I was trying to figure out was if they had any available and cost.
