Metro screwed my bf royally! This company holds customers hostage if you want to port your number. He was told by 611 to delete his E Sim and now he can't do anything with his phone. I called a store to try and find out what to do now, and the Hispanic woman at the store told me she couldn't help me and hung up. I only gave them one star because I couldn't select 0 stars.

If I could give zero stars to this horrid place I would.me and my husband came in on January 18th around 3 pm.the underlying issue was that one of the girls that work here,put extra services that we were going to be charged for after me and my husband specifically said no.this mistake wouldn't have been made if they weren't so busy gossiping and talking while trying to service people who are telling them what they need.we came in on the 18th to the girl who was working there to let her know what was going on,she gave no greeting,was speaking rudely in Spanish about me and my husband to another person,which just a FYI we definitely can understand what was being said.she told the person she was speaking with in Spanish "they can never wait".
Mind you we just walked in and were waiting for her to finish,the man she was speaking to was saying ride things about me and my husband,and we were barely there for 2 mins.when she finally decided to say something to us,she told us to call the customer care line because there was nothing she could do about it.so if yall can make mistakes and charge people for what they didn't ask for in store,yall can't fix the mistake inside store??make it make sense.
Nonetheless,we will not be returning to this location especially with people who think others can't speak different languages too and can't help us with problems they created.

I went in on January 18th 2025 at 3pm. I asked the employee the reason for extra charges I told them I didn't want as for an example insurance for my phone. Immediately, the employee told me to just call the company while continuing to gossip with a person. She was very unprofessional and I know this because she talked rudely about us in Spanish to the person, I know this because I am Latino too.

THEY STOPPED MY SERVICE FOR TWO HRS CAUSE THEY SAID I DID NOT PAY MY PH . BILL I PAY MY PH. EVERY FIRST OF THE MONTH BUT MY PH. BILL IS NOT TO BE PAID ON UNTIL THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH
