One of the absolute worst banks and companies to ever exist. Should be 0 stars. Loses money and completely unhelpful. Will charge you but won’t let you login to pay bills. Freezes accounts while on vacation but let’s fraud through when at home. Terrible is an understatement.

People are nice. I Don't trust their business practices. An issue arose several months ago. They said I owed them money. I produced the receipt but refused acknowledge it. I may call BBB and report their unethical business practices. Dont trust them!

This Bank has ZERO personal relationships in the business. YOU are just a number here. No amount of money, years of loyalty, or business acumen/transaction will be able to help you doing business going forward with this entity. NO exceptions!Got my mortgage (15yrs running), 820 credit score, plenty of liquidity, paid off 2 cars already with them, refined one of my rentals but they are bulking at getting a new car loan through.I don’t do business with banks who don’t want to do business with me!Closing my account ASAP!!!!!!

1st it started when I could NEVER access my online account. Then all theunderlined fees. Over-rated fees that constantly was happening until I'd call speak with manager then he would have to fix the problem & wave fees. Until finally I left then figuring I would finished with the nonsense. I received a letter from collection company stating that I am responsible for 150.16 to nws. So once again I'm having to call the bank (after I left them 2 months earlier) "why" & "what" is this about? She tells me I left my acct in the negative then a transaction went through after closing account. I say "really"? Hmm interesting because when I went in to close account I was given money back...then I ask why I was never notified via mail about transaction that had gone through after closing acct and she says I was! Really stupid lady!?? If I have the money to send to damn collection agency then I had to pay you! She not once apologized or offered to wave over draft fee. Great doing business with you. ..NOT!

The lady who waited on us was very patient. My Mom is 85 and hard of hearing. The lady talked loud enough for Mom to hear her and she also repeated things for her. When it was time to count out money for Mom the lady counted the money slowly which made it much easier for us to follow. One improvement the lady could have made was to smile.
