I had no appointment I was a walk in the work I needed done was approximately 400.00 at several shops palens auto workers was able to brainstorm and fix everything for less than 150.00 I'm very grateful that they cared enough to go above and beyond to find the best economic solution

This place is awesome. The front desk lady was so helpful when I called about getting my car repaired! She was very polite & kept me updated while my car was being worked on. Fair pricing and very quick mechanics! They also have a complementary coffee and tea bar for customers. The place smelled so good, like pumpkin spice. I had a very pleasant experience!

Lorain has many auto repair shops, but I trust the service I get from Pallens Automotive Concepts the most.
Their estimates are pretty much on the dollar too.

Had an emergency battery replacement prior to work travel. They fit me right in and replaced my battery quickly, and even checked my tire alignment. Gave me a good price, which included the warrenty. Highly recommend!

Pallens Automotive repair shop has the most professional mechanics you’ll ever want to take care of your automotive needs. They are 100% better than any dealerships or repair shops you’ll ever visit. I say this from experience, I’m 75 years old and was a ASE certified mechanic and know what excellent quality workmanship is. You can find a lot of so called mechanics that change parts on your car but find a mechanic who can fix your cars problems is rare. Mechanics will tell you I got your car running but did they fix it? Big difference, this is why I only take my automotive needs to Tom Pallens and his professional team. You’ll never have to worry about your car needs with the Pallens family, the best work, very friendly team and most importantly you don’t have to empty your bank account to have your car fixed, very reasonably priced.

Pallens did a great job of getting my car back on the road. I have a 1966 chevrolet corvette, and they've helped me troubleshoot numerous problems. They provided me with good insight. And an affordable solution so hopefully i'm back on the road to enjoy the car Their great service, fair prices and honesty is something that is rare in the current car repair business today. I highly recommend them for any repairs.You may have on any vehicle.
