This was our first visit and we will be returning. The entire staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing is certainly fair. We found everything we were after and then some.

I always have a positive & welcoming experience there with my dog who’s a regular for grooming- the workers always help me carry his dog food to the car & are super friendly, but for the first time today, I sadly had a negative experience as I was being checked out by Lexy. She was rude as she checked me out & acted as she was annoyed with me the entirety of the time. When she opened her register & said she can take someone over at her register, I walked over to her side & she snarkily remarked that she is taking the next person in line only. The customers on the other side of the register laughed & said that she can service me first as we both got in line at the same time. Then as she was ringing my items out they were not coming up as sale price & she had not asked for my rewards number so I had asked why my items were not coming up on sale & she said yeah well it’s because I didn’t get your rewards number yet, as she expected me to somehow know that? Overall I was extremely disappointed to have such a negative experience & be treated the way I did, but the majority of the employees there are super friendly & I typically have a positive experience so I will be returning.

They told me 2 hours to wash and cut my dog. Showed up at 1hour and 45 minutes they just finished washing him and started to dry him. Told me another hour or so to cut him . Please think twice about taking your dog to them .
