  The customer in front of me ask for a certain bottle they gave her a price when she said she wanted the cheaper one then they rang her up with him more expensive one and she had a little bit of debate and then they gave her the one she had originally requested.
  
  When it was my turn and asked for a certain label they were really pretty rude the girl tried to just ring things up that I didn't want.
  
  Then a guy came over I told him what I wanted and he went and got it it was the wrong label they rang it up then they finally exchanged it with the proper label that I had requested.
  
  And tied to charge me for both bottles even though I only purchased one.
  I bought $100 bottle of liquor I think they could have been a little more courteous and respectful.
  
  I went in there because the old owner was very nice kind and positive to everyone apparently there is a new owner and I will never go back even though it used to be a good store

  -10 when you charge my debit card twice for one purchase and just tell me to call my bank and won't explain why I was charged twice. I wonder how many people this happens to that do not notice! I will never go back. Buyers beware. Card cancelled!

  Parking lot full of pot holes, feels like you’re going to get shot. Will give you the wrong liquor after asking for the right one and say “no exchanges, your fault” and steal over $70 from you. Don’t waste your time or money here

  Was not greeted or paid attention to when trying to check out and was told I needed to wait in a line and then wait to be called upon but there was no line. Not the friendliest staff.

  Great place to find items not always available at my nearby location. They have been very busy each time I have been there. Also, the clientele have been very friendly and kind plus polite. When I need that special bottle, I think of Rags. Easy parking right at the front door. Don't let the name (Rags) be a deterrent. You'll be happy you went there.

  ...today was not a good day..I asked if they had Fisatta a red wine and wanted Tequila Rose..let's just say I got nothing..cause the guy there was a a jerk..and the lady was too busy on her phone..so I took my hard earned cash elsewhere andt I got what I wanted somewhere else..not even helpful...

  I asked for a bottle of Vermouth And two employees looked at me like I was Bigfoot from the planet Mars. You work at a liquor store The employees are totally oblivious to the world around them. You find the bottle you work here. 0 stars
