Wasn’t happy that a pair of shoes that I normally buy for less than $40 was buy one get one half off at the raised price of $60 for a pair. Went to a different store to buy Skechers and paid my normal price of just short of $40 for the same pair. I thought a warehouse was supposed to have good deals. And shouldn’t the Skechers store be the best place that you can buy a pair of Skechers. This was the case with more than 1 pair of shoes that I normally buy.

The service was impeccable. We also got two pairs of shoes with the buy one get one 50% off second pair.
We both needed wide shoes, him for work and mine casual and they had a decent selection for us.

I had a problem wearing a new pair of the same style shoe from Skechers that I always buy. It seemed they may have been made wrong. I went to get a different pair and mentioned it to Tabitha, the kind salesperson there, and she said she could credit them to me in a return for another pair. I didnt expect that. I had never returned a pair of shoes in my life. Well, she was also very helpful in pointing out the wide shoes for me to choose from. I left here with two new well fitting comfortable shoes. I truly appreciate Tabitha for her professionalism and understanding with my issue. I will continue to be loyal to Skechers and to that Lorain store in particular. Today I went to buy two pairs of sneakers and I had a very nice experience with the person who attended me, I treated myself super badly, I started to throw the boxes of the shoes saying q because we tried them all when we only tried two pairs with my cousin and in the payment part I also threw the boxes again please attend my claim we had too bad. Can I press charges?!Update 12/28/23- just called my bank and they said the charge was made at the store. But I was working yesterday, not shopping, and never even went to Lorain at all so... I hope they refund my money and fire the staff responsible.Original post made 12/27/23 -I don't recommend shopping here!!! If I could give zero stars, I would.I was originally happy with the service and shoes I got for my mom. Unfortunately, today - 5 days later - they recharged me for the shoes. When I called, the manager just gave me the customer service number and told me they could help. I don't usually write reviews but I've just been sitting on hold, writing this one and getting increasingly frustrated.

We were shopping for men's shoes. There was lots to choose from. They had a buy one get 1/2 off second pair. So I got a pair of shoes too.
