Had one unit broken into, they transferred to a new one that was smaller but we were paying more. They raise the rent yearly ($20 this year) and yet nothing changes there. No updates like security cameras, or lights in the unit.

I would give no stars if possible. My personal lock was removed from unit for no reason then I was sent an email stating I was using one of their red locks and if I didn't get a personal lock I would be charged!! Crazy do not use this location scammers!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE RENTED FOR 60 days and everything that was valuable WAS STOLEN AND THE SO CALLED STAFF DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT AND THEY DONT HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS OR NO TYPE OF COMPENSATION FOR IT… DONT NOT RENT HERE AT ALL
