Wonderful customer service! We were extremely pleased with the movers... We moved across country. Would definitely use again and highly recommend! Lisa is amazing!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called to ask two simple questions. When she first answered the phone, it was in a tone as if I were bothering her even by calling. I asked if they pack our household goods with other homes. She responded in a nasty tone "yeah, well, it'd be really expensive if not". Well, she doesn't know my finances, so first, let's not assume I don't have that kind of cash. Secondly, I asked how much Superior Mobility charges per pound. She was immediately annoyed and said she doesn't know. OF COURSE YOU KNOW. It's how you calculate total price of the load. When I explained that to her, she got even more nasty. I told her she was unhelpful and I'd called five other movers who were able to answer my questions. Our move is 2000 miles away and will cost over $15,000. I would never give them my business. Their loss!

Atlas helped us move from Avon to Tampa and it was a very good experience. We had a lot of packing to do in a short period of time, and although I didn't finish getting everything packed prior to their arrival, they helped out right away to put things away safely. I had concerns about trying to coordinate the times of delivery and getting all the way to Florida, and Superior did a lot to keep me as informed as possible within the timeframes for delivery so I could make sure everything was set. The only minor problem I had was with the accountability tagging. While they use the stickers to keep track of things, the descriptions they associate with tags is not so useful, so sometimes you can't really be sure of what may be missing or unaccounted for (and there were a few items that did not get tagged). But that was a minor problem and the guys helped make sure everything was satisfactory at both ends.
