~ They put on a front in the beginning and try to be professional and what not at first glance. When you come back they switch up on their initial word. You don’t state any price without observing the vehicle . Once you’ve made observations and have done a thorough check. That is the right timing to delegate on pricing. Men have to stop trying to give deals then try and cheat the customer. It’s not a good look and is the epitome of bad business. I wouldn’t recommend to save my life because real honest individuals with experience would never have to take this route.
Customer service is one thing and going back on your word is very unprofessional for an auto business! Please do better and treat people the way you would want to be treated! Right is right and wrong is just simply wrong. I give reviews for a living and I watch behavior, conduct, customer service, & fairness works wide. The energy was negative and not right at all whatsoever.
The minute I called my mechanic they instantly got in an uproar. Ironically, my mechanic warned me of this behavior prior too. So I’m not surprised just disappointed in their behavior. Stand for something or nothing at all . All it took was to call my mechanic to refuse my service with is fine. Everyone’s pay s are very different. These individuals don’t care they just want your money at their rip off prices or they won’t service you! So please tread lightly and take this as a warning. Proceed at your own risks families.

Gave them A deposit in person to order me Boat tires. said they'd have them in within a day. Said they'd text me photos when they're on their way out, when they're doing the work because I'm not local. now their phone number no longer works. So proceed with caution. Always use a credit card that will cover your butt like I did with my Amex. it took me in the back room and tried getting me to pay them cash or using a Cash App. And I knew something was afoul.

Sign said open I entered couldn’t find a worker so I approached where I heard sounds from the back? It wasn’t the owner it was a worker outside telling me I can’t just walk in and walk around emm it’s a store I thought!! Well after getting disrespected by the worker he asked well where the rim for the dirtbike like I was going to let em do the job nah you just lost my support from here on out.. I’ve spent over 1,000 dollar at this said tire shop but after dealing with that employee I’ll take my wives & my services else where.. Just like that the owner take a Sunday off and lost all my business that why I don’t hire losers.. Also this all took place in front of my child, respect is everything could of just been as simple as how can I help you..
Mind you I came back 2 times but was told he was busy come back when the truck was gone !! So I returned to a disrespectful little man so I hope this finds the owners and they understand hiring just anyone gonna cost you more than you think zero stars.

I am staying in the Lorain area temporarily and the guy Mike is super friendly took his time to answer my questions as I hit a pot hole on the highway and the next day Mike took care of a tire change for me. Great guy fast and very knowledgeable about his job. Took pride in every single detail.
