Came in for a transmission fluid flush for my supra back in July. Was worried about how it would go, given what I heard about flushes on transmissions. Went smoothly for the most part outside of my tranmission was super slow to cool( Took 2 days to cool down). Luckily, they hooked me up with a loaner until the service could be completed. Very happy overall with service and the communication they had with me.

I love the service, efficiency and honesty of the staff. I am on my 5th Corolla. Some leased and some owned. A great car and dealership.

Couldn't have had a better time in purchasing a vehicle. Everyone here is pleasant and welcoming. We had our minds made up upon parking in the lot. Saw the one we wanted, & the rest is history. A good backup dealership! Years ago did some trickyness trying to say my brakes were bad on the 2006 Prius. The brakes lasted anothe 100,000 miles.I suspected the bad diagnosis.

I have dealt with and purchased all of my vehicles with Premier. They always provide excellent service as well as informed and polite sales personnel. My service today was good and informative and courteous. My son recommended me to them some time ago and I haven’t had a complaint in all that time. I’d give a ‘thumbs up’ to my friends regarding Premier.
