There is almost always a long wait at this location, especially at the pharmacy, where one slow person was ringing register with a massive line all the way down the aisle my last visit. Multiple people were filling prescriptions but none would lift a finger to get the line down. One customer walked out while another customer told off the workers in Spanish, and I don't blame him. Front end normally has a long wait too, with work tasks being prioritized over customers. Employees will gladly ignore you to put up ad tags or stock shelves. Also, ringing a massive line in photo with no cashiers ringing up front so that multiple employees on floor can do tasks is idiotic and bad for customers. I don't recommend this location.

Pharmacy is always out... Call too early they say insurance won't cover it yet... Then when they will, they say they have to order it and it will be a few more days. Why didn't they just order it when they told me it was too early for my insurance to cover it... Duh

Terrible store that has deleted comments about them putting people at risk for not being in stock on important meds, rude staff, terrible communication, and lack of coordination amongst the team. i will keep leaving review especially if they're intentionally deleting comments

The Pharmacy techs are very rude , they come off as if they hate their jobs . I went to pick up prescription through the window , the Caucasian lady with the very short hair cut was VERY rude . Kept looking at the window but never said one moment or anything, after 15 mins of sitting outside waiting at the window she didn’t ask if I had any questions about the prescription & walked away w/o returning when I tried to ask questions about a prescription pending that she informed me nothing about . The techs should be in the back emptying boxes far away from costumers since they obviously don’t want to engage respectfully with customers . Never know what kind of day someone is having or how sick they are especially when they are coming to pick up medication the least you could do is be kind. The pale lady with the short hair cut needs to retire because she’s obviously tired of working. I will be changing pharmacies ASAP. The supervisor should be aware the customer service is Horrible , even over the phone they are Very disrespectful.

Count your pills..I've been shorted twice..I'll be counting in the waiting area from now on b4 I even leave..been shorted twice on gabapentin and once on percocet..they gave me the ones shorted on percocet..but now I'm short gabas..

So I've shipped fex ex here for almost a year as a seller on ebay today I drop my package off and lady in the photo department rejects my package telling me it's over 50 pounds but yet in order to get the label it weighted at 41 pounds even shows the weight right on the label and she still won't accept it so I go outside to my car and call to speak with a manager and she answers the phone and hangs up on me , do your damn job lady if your to lazy to pick up my package and ship it stay at home with the other lazy people

The short Spanish lady at the pharmacy does not listen to you and is rude and when you tell her what you need she barks at you and gets an attitude. Fill your prescriptions somewhere else

The worst pharmacy ever! Place needs to be closed down or new people flat out! They are cocky on the phone don't ever have a prescription done on the day it's supposed to be filled its basically whenever they want to and if you call they act like it's your fault they didn't do they job and that's if they answer the phone after an hour or more. Should be zero stars

“Thank you for choosing Walgreens we’re gonna put you on a brief hold” for 45 minutes of course! Went to the doctors 2 days ago and they have still yet to fill my prescription. Instead of hiring these careless kids find someone who can do their job correctly. I won’t ever be filling another prescription from this place again . Worst experience I’ve ever had.

They had my script for a week then realized they didn’t even have it in stock. Now I have to wait for three more days. I get the same thing every month and every month I have a problem with them.

The store itself is excellent, but the pharmacy leaves much to be desired. My son's pres. were changed from Rite Aid to here, and it's been a nightmare from the beginning. We assumed we would be notified if and when refills were needed, only to be informed that we have to make a special phone call to get such an action initiated. That's ridiculous. Called in the morning to advise that several meds would need refills soon, we were told that we would be notified before the end of the day to pick them up only to hear nothing. I was called on two different occasions by the store, no message left. I returned the calls, only to be told that no one from WG had called. We are DEFINITELY looking for another pharmacy!

This place is a damn joke like most of the employees there!! Rude and condescending jerks. Save yourself the hassle and find another store.. They should of closed this store an left rite aid alone.....LETS PUT THESE IDIOTS OUT OF A JOB.

Everything but the pharmacy is great. The pharmacist didn’t give courtesy to disabled recipients that it’ll be a wait to come back at a later time. They expect people to wait in drive thru lines and or stand inside that are disabled. It’s ridiculous it’s disrespectful. They need to figure out a reasonable solution to this! This isn’t a good look , if you’re not short staff and you have someone holding up the drive thru for over thirty minutes. Have them come inside to delay anyone else. It’s unacceptable and unethical to make others wait twenty minutes or more for a simple pick up. There was no communication given at all what’s happening. One star for poor empathy and poor communication! Also for the rude staff trying to make a mockery of it and laughing. Then a Latina inserts herself and gaslights an argument very distasteful and unprofessional. To go back and forth with a customer once the manager arrives she’s gets loud at the mouth now had I approached her I would’ve been in the wrong! Anybody willing to risk it all is not an assets but a liability ! Once you come at someone sideways you can’t get mad when the customer snaps back! This experience was appalling but glad the manager told her to walk away to rectify the situation and hear me out.
