We tried to get into multiple different mechanic shops which all told us it would take over 2 weeks to even get it in to look at. That’s when we called Clyde and told him our situation even though he also had been booked out 2 weeks himself. Within 30 minutes he had a plan that would get us into the shop the next day. He was completely transparent the entire time called me every night with updates. He even worked late on Valentine’s Day to assure we could make it back on the road before the weekend. “I travel for a living. I live in GA. I had my dually pulling my 30' enclosed trailer. A tire on my trailer, obviously defective threw the tread off the tire. Still had air. Was NOT a retreaded tire. Anyways, I pull over @ Cambridge Exit 37, southbound I-77. Googled for a tire repair. It's 4pm. I called two places. One place said if you can get here in 15 minutes I can help. ❌ Next one said I'll send you to my commercial shop, 15 minutes down the road ❌
Third shop said, yep, bring it!!
Let me tell you. You locals?!! Great guys at this place. Friendly, kind, helpful and didn't care about what time I got there. Didn't care about what I had hidden in my trailer, didn't care about what time I would get there. Although, they too knew exactly where I was and how long it would take me to get 5 miles to them. Y'all go a nice tire shop of guys there. I got you stamps in my Google map safed locations. I can only get to you with my little trailer. My 48' won't make your turn but.....if I need y'all...I'll figure out a way. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road. Very good experience!!”
“Got a complete fluid and filter change on my 10 year old GMC Sierra 1500. Did me right. Then I had a A/C condenser replaced. Did right by me again and in a timely manner. I highly recommend. Some say they are pricey but you get what you pay for!??”

A friend and her young child were stranded when their car stalled on the highway. While sitting on the off-ramp with traffic flying by, we tried calling her insurance company and got stuck in an automated system quoting $400 for a tow, no human, no urgency, and no help in a stressful situation.
I searched for a local company and called Pine Tree Towing. Ron (owner) was honest from the start. When I asked if he had a mechanic nearby (they tow to), he said he didn’t and even offered to refer us to another company. That level of transparency immediately stood out. I asked his rate, and he gave us a flat price that was half of what the insurance company quoted. They also accepted Venmo, which made things much easier.
Mike, the driver, arrived quickly and was professional, calm, and genuinely kind. He invited me to sit in his warm truck as a winter storm approached and handled the tow efficiently on a narrow off-ramp. He went above and beyond to make a stressful situation feel manageable.
This experience was a reminder that real people still matter. Ron and Mike showed up when it counted, treated us fairly, and didn’t take advantage of a difficult moment. I can’t recommend Ron & Mike's company enough!”
