Don’t bother with the Tavern. Went and ordered some beer and food while floating down the river. Ordered a simple six canned beers and the bartender took payment then never got the beers and proceeded to get other people’s orders that were placed after ours. Then the food after waiting fifteen minutes and having it payed for and seeing people ordering the same nachos (just chips and cheese) after us and getting them before we did, another cook/bartender tells us that they’re completely out of food. There was only about eight or ten people in the bar. Then the cook/bartender complained about having to put the refund back on my card. Possibly the worst service I’ve ever had out of all the places I’ve ever been.

Skylar was Amazingly helpful to us when we brought our own kayaks and had a Billion questions for him! We got very confused and he showed us where to launch and gave us great advice.

Prices are decent and the staff get you off for your adventure quickly. The added showers are a nice touch to freshen up after a trip down the river. My only suggestion is closing up the gaps in the restroom stalls for ensured privacy.

This place is great. Skylar answered the call and all my questions with a smile. Trevor and the other guys got us in the canoe and we’re at the stop down river waiting for us! They were all young men 18-23(ish) and SO POLITE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this livery!

We love this Livery. It's in a quieter less crowded part of the river and makes it better for kids.

This was our second visit, the first over 3 years ago. This time we brought our 3 children, 8-12yo, and we all had a great time. Good price & quick service getting us back to our cars after the trip.

We wanted something outside of the normal party on the River. We went on a Thursday morning right after opening and did the 3 mile trip due to some rain coming through at some point during the day. It was just long enough for us for this trip. This section of the River has no other liveries on it. I will say this, before going anywhere else, give this place a try. It’s local, family owned, and it happens to be the cheapest livery. When we went, the 3 mile trip ends right where the two huge liveries start. We could hear the “safety talk” being given at another livery. About 10 minutes later, the river was full of paddle-craft and rafts. Looked like a terrible time. Oh did I mention this livery is a dog friendly rental? Talked to everyone about our golden and had such a warm welcome. Even transporting in the van.Overall, thanks for the good experience!

When you arrive to this place you can already see signs of mismanagement. There are cats running around the property, you see old beat up vans with missing windows transporting people back from the river. And the place is certainly not inviting. This place may lure you with slightly lower prices than the competition, but I can assure you it’s not worth it. The tubes/ kayaks themselves are fine, and the river itself is fine, but those are the only semi positive parts about the experience. The place has three (old) vans to take people back, however we watched as one of the vans pulled into the parking lot and left with no people and exactly one kayak. And there were no less than 40 people waiting to go back. Ultimately, it took over an hour from getting out of the river to being in our cars, as we couldn’t all fit in the next van so each group had to send one person to get there car and drive it back. The whole experience was a mess and you should certainly consider any other local option.

Shout out to the folks at the canoe livery for showing my friends and I a good time on my birthday. The campsite was a bit confusing but we made due. Definitely recommend the 7 mile (3 mile if you have kids)

A blast Everytime. One big party, a couple bars down the river. Kayaks are a little pricey to rent. Close to 40 bucks for the 9 mile trip. But no complaints because it's always a blast.
