Mohican State Park is a beautiful and secluded park with thousands of wooded acres and stunning views. The wild landscape features Clear Fork Gorge, Lyon's Falls, and the Mohican State Scenic River. It offers something for everyone, with about 30 different hiking trails ranging from easy to extreme, beautiful scenery, and plenty of spaces to relax. Must-sees include the castle and the fall colors. Overnight accommodations include a modern full-service lodge, a large family campground with a pool, deluxe vacation cabins, and primitive stream-side camping. The lodge and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with friendly staff. The restaurant has good food with large portions and a great weekend brunch buffet.
