The Louisville location is awful. Go in to open a business account, they say “ ok, you need two forms of id to open one.” Ok I have that , then they say oh well actually you have to make an appointment because there’s no one here to open the account. Lazy! Just don’t want to do their jobs.

Don't deal with this bank the people are rude and willnt work with .I had inheritance check deposited into my account and they won't cash this bank really suck please don't deal with chase bank you will get screwed.
