I use Chase for my business debit and credit accounts and have been going through hoops to get a card that should be approved over night. I have to go to this location to verify my identity, but have had this account for 7 years...will have to set an appointment for something that literally should take one minute. I am moving my business account to another bank.

Don't deal with this bank the people are rude and willnt work with .I had inheritance check deposited into my account and they won't cash this bank really suck please don't deal with chase bank you will get screwed.

So me and my mother stopped in to open another account .We were greeted by the teller and they told us to have a seat the branch manager was across the street in the parking lot , we waited (since I am an existing chase customer ) and when the women came in we were asked to go sit in the office to disguise options but were rushed out of the office also told to go online bevais she new little info about certain accounts and what they had to offer ? KELLY had to go to a Party she was celebrating 35 yrs that the bank was opened had a bunch of liquor bottle on her office and was very very unprofessional we will not be back headed to Canton . First impression says a lot and I already have an account that was opened in Canton wish I would of went there first

I have been using chase since I was 15 and had a job. I am now 22. Recently, I switched jobs that pay with paper checks. I deposit a half week worth check with no issues. The second check, however, has been held by chase for 10 full business days. I have no access to that check for another 3 or 4 days. The amount was taken from my employers bank account, but I have yet to see those funds. Then just yesterday I went to cash my third weeks check at chase, not deposit it. My account went -$6.33 because of a subscription, and there it stayed in the red because my funds were never added to my account. Thankfully they weren’t absolutely horrible people and didn’t charge me the $34 daily overdraft fee. Don’t bank with chase, I will be switching to one of their competitors very very soon.

Nice bank but they seriously need to hire more ppl. You wait a good amt of time in the drive thru. They really need two ppl working drive thru. I live in Louisville but wait until I have to go to Canton to go to the one on Cleveland Ave. They are so much faster.

My daughter was recently in this branch to cash a check drawn on Chase Bank from me and I have to say that their customer service is horribly inept. They wanted two forms of I.D. Which she provided, an utterly ridiculous $8.00 fee for cashing it and then they kept her waiting telling her twice that they were "reviewing" the matter. What "matter"?? She was simply cashing a check, is that an anomaly these days? Is this branch so backwards that they've never done this before? It wasn't for an exorbitant amount of money, of which I'm sure they have on hand. I worked at a bank for many years and this is one of the stupidest ways to treat a customer and an account holder. I spoke with the manager there while my daughter was there and all I got was "Ma'am this and Ma'am that", no apology, no reason given, and also some drivel about the "these times"(?) and I have to understand. No I do not understand and don't appreciate being talked down to. There are banks on every corner, it's probably time to check out another competitor, most probably a credit union, I hear they are much more accommodating. Chase has had its share of black eyes lately and here's another one!

Only bank I know of that does anything for the veterans . I have been very pleased since becoming a member . I would recommend them to my fellow vets

They need to either retrain or hire better tellers. Consistently messing up on overnight deposits I put in there, always losing receipts they are asked to keep. They always use the excuse " it was a new person " . One of the tellers is very rude and does not belong in customer service. I used to love chase when I personally banked with them. Now using it for business purposes only they are terrible.
