Pharmacy staff are rude and unprofessional! I guess that's what you get when you hire high school kids with no experience. I'm very disappointed with their repeated mismanagement and can't seem to bill insurance properly. Pharmacist are nice, but their help is disgraceful!!

The Pharmacist is refusing to fill my steroid prescription because he doesn’t believe they are used in treating migraines. He hung up on my doctor and now the pharmacy isn’t answering her calls. I’m assuming she is going to report the problem. The fact that a pharmacist who is NOT a doctor is refusing to fill my medication is insane to me.

We started using Giant Eagle in March. We didn't last three months. The inconvenience & disrespect was intolerable. I honestly don't know how Dana has a job with her lack of care and compassion

It's very rare to find a pharmacist, or anyone for that matter, who genuinely cares about the people who come in. The pharmacist Chad , Going above and beyond like I never expected.

Prices are higher than other Giant Eagles and they carry much less. There is only one entrance and exit and because it also holds the carts, it makes exiting with a cart full of items and those trying to enter with empty carts very crowded. Seasonal items, if you see them you better buy because they will not restock, example pumpkin breakfast bars, I bought some and two weeks later non to be found as was Starbuck Harvest Blend. I can buy it at Target well past Thanksgiving. Some areas are always out of stock. Bakery staff was not helpful and had no idea what baguette chips were. It's not very welcoming, which makes it look dirty. I would love for it to be more current and have more cashiers at peak hours and a self checkout. This is more of a Mom and Pop shop when I need bread and milk. I drive to Washington Square to shop now.

So I recently moved from South Carolina to Louisville OH in the last 3 weeks. I deal with chronic back pain and am disabled. I take a pain medication that a particular generic makes me break out in hives. When I went in today Chad helped me. I have to say Giant Eagle you need to be proud of this employee. He took 20 to 30 minutes to call my Doctor call multiple Giant Eagles and multiple conpetitor pharmacies to help me get the right medication that wouldn't make me break out. Chad is the first pharmacist that didn't judge me and my condition. He was the first one to show me empathy and downright the best customer service from a pharmacy. Coming from South Carolina down there you are treated like a inconvenience. Today I was treated like a human. I just want him to get recognition for this because he deserves it. Thank you Chad

The service is horrendous, extremely slow and not worth waiting 30+ minutes in a line to buy groceries. I personally go out of my way to avoid Giant Eagle anymore.

Nice sized Giant Eagle. Good selection of produce, fresh baked bread, deli, groceries. We like their selection of cleaning products as well. We come here for Fever Tree ginger beer.
