“My little furs have been coming to Dr.Pugh as long as I can remember & Annette at the front desk ? Romeo came in for his annual visit. Paige was so nice & checked Romeo in for his appointment. Michael comes out and remembers Romeo & asked how he’s doing & gives him pets. So sweet! Hannah, Amber, Nikki are always so helpful when you text them with a question or concern. They respond so quickly. Thank you so much and I’m very grateful.”
“I absolutely love Viking and so do my pups. My American bully has had chronic UTIs for 5 years and after finally finding Viking we did a vulva plasty and it has stopped all UTIs and the scar looks great! I also take my pug there and they both absolutely love it. The staff is so sweet you feel like family when you walk in and Dr. Gambler is by far the best vet I’ve ever seen. She listens to you and explains everything to you. I never leave there with questions or concerns! High, highly recommended!!!”

Since then, I could write a book on what this place has done for my family. It's all good but in short, they are compassionate and truly care about the pets they see. I only hope that they will always be there so I won't ever have to look for another vet.”

“Fantastic practice. I started going here when my previous office was closed randomly on a Thursday and my dog was having an emergency. I was searching everywhere of somewhere to take him before I went to an emergency vet in Canton, and they were able to help him and get him in the same day! I brought my diabetic cat in today, and had just as great of an experience. The doctor listens, so does the staff. I take a lot of pride and effort into how I care for my cat, and the doctor I felt made a point to show he sees that which hasn’t happened at any office I’ve been to. They are all very knowledgeable and personable. I feel comfortable coming here every time. Thanks for all you guys do!”
“Called as nonpatient wasn't happy to be stuck out with a dog and kid till they were ready but was happy they got me in on a day notice unfortunately they tried new allergy shot which was $74 that isn't working normal vet does steroid 2 a year works fast but this vet suggested new allergy shot”
“The team here are absolutely amazing. Dr. Semen has been our vet for years. She's given us advice when managing end of life care for our late cat Will. She takes emergency visits and even answers questions when we panic for our older kitties. Her staff even helped us meet and take home our youngest LuciPurr. They're so compassionate and caring and I am thankful for all of them.”

“Good vet but I was quoted originally $150 and it came to $228.. but I kind of expected it, we had spoken about a few choices for the animal and almost everyone has a way of upping the price... But as a veterinary clinic in my opinion it was pretty good, I am pleased with the outcome, most were friendly and helpful.
The front desk lady is kind of a stick in the mud, don't try to make small talk or anything. Unless she was having a bad day ?
But I recommend this place for sure.”
“Kathy at the front is the main reason I keep coming back! Super helpful as well as the rest of the staff and very accommodating to my dog. Like many, my dog is my life & I feel comfortable leaving him in their hands - plus I know Kathy is always checking in on him.
The new staff & change seems to have gone well, place looks nice & clean. Dr P was also informative the first interaction I had & seems to genuinely care. Overall great place! Some slight higher prices with things but at the same time you pay for what ya get.
Don’t expect a Lamborghini service at a Mitsubishi dealer.”

“Not only did I have the most amazing fur baby, but I had the best vet clinic, as well. For 9 years, I used West Main for all of Colt's routine and unexpected needs. From tick bites to when he decided to explore and cut open his leg, because apparently chick's dig scars... to his final moments... After noticing some changes and a rash on his belly, West Main promptly scheduled our appointment. When I found a lump they didn't just check it once, but twice in the same visit because the first came back as fat... due to the attentiveness and compassion they checked him with a second aspiration, which came back as cancer. We were given options for an oncologist. We went to MedVet and found out his cancer was extremely rare and very aggressive. Within about a week we had to make the tough decision to let him go, so he wouldn't have to suffer. During this time, West Main actually reached out and checked in to see if Colt had gotten any better and to let us know if we needed anything before his final day, and if we did they would do whatever they could to help. I have been truly blessed to have had both my baby and the wonderful Vets AND staff at West Main. They were always kind, compassionate and patient with all of my concerns. Thank you all so much for everything you did for my baby♡”
