Never has receipt paper in diesel pumps. Have to go inside every time and wait in line for more time than it takes me just to pump my fuel. Will stop going to this location this is not the first time. Workers need to quit being so lazy with their day-to-day tasks

Old lady working nights might be the worst clerk iv ever seen. Come in around 1030pm before work. Iv been late to work on multiple occasions because she would rather talk to people than rung them out. 10 to 15 minutes with 2 person infront of you is entirely to long. Heard this from a few people. Not coming back.

I spent 7 minutes in a store with 2 visible staff members and one confused truck driver. During my time, I helped the truck driver with directions after neither staff could help (find a business less than 1 mile away), had a half-gallon of milk ring up at $13.00, then $3.99 when it was ticketed at $3.49. I don't really care, but I did call out the issue and was told - rudely, but she clearly wanted to strangle me so I'll count it as a win - that this was MY problem and the higher price stood.Normally, I'd let this slide. It's 830am on a day after some snowfall, and everyone's in a bad mood. But, 1) THE WAIT, 2) THE INACCURACY, 3) THE UNHELPFULNESS and RUDENESS when the issue is 100% in YOUR control...this all ticked me off. I was actually angry when I got home from what should've been a 30 second smokes run. This store is chronically understaffed and usually I think it's fine but when you make it angry and aggressive, I'm going to call you out. Shameful.

I got a job down the street from this store in March.I stop almost every morning for a cold fountain drinks. The parking lot is terrible pot holes big enough to pop a tire. I always see 3 employees but only one working! I know the manager is the skinny lady who's always outside smoking because in almost 4 months I've never seen her help one customer. She'll stand back behind the counter and watch a line of 6 people stand there.

Stop here weekly.... YOU NEVER FILL RECEIPTS IN PUMPS! "L@zy" I have to walk in and wait in line for receipt, never mind being in a hurry, meanwhile watch worker outside smoking cigarettes! Filthy pumps, no towels or wash fluid....I WILL NEVER BE BACK AFTER BP OPENS!!!!!
