I paid for overnight express ($22) it was supposed to be delivered by 8pm. It did not arrive, I tracked to see the package was taken back to the hub and had a new delivery date of the following day between 1pm-8pm. After multiple calls to FedEx, they recommended calling the hub at 9am for then to hold the package (I offered to drive out and get it from the hub.) They said they would call back with further info once they had the package. I drove out to the hub at 10am and they still hadn't even looked for the package, which of course now on the truck. It was a mess. Also when I tried to get reimbursed for the overnight shipping, I had to jump through hoops for their delay.

FedEx had my order ready to go! I walked in, shared my name and was out the door in less than 15 mins. Many kudos to the staff - they were superb.

I paid express shipping for a package and was contacted via voicemail on a Wednesday stating my package was held there. The next day they marked my package as delivered to the delivery address. I spent 2 days opening tickets & contacting CS ( reps from Philippians ) to find out my package is still at this facility and they can’t deliver on a weekend , so I need to pick it up myself because I am leaving this location in the morning.

About 75% of the time my package is either delayed, out for delivery and the attempted delivery literally never happened yet it says they tried, or they’re so late that I have to sit around all day waiting to sign for the package and then they never come! 25% of the time it’s actually delivered the same day as expected and only one time have I received a door tag. Get it together people… ??
I’m changing my review from 1 to 4 stars, as I haven’t had a problem with my packages for a little under a year now. Thank you??

Company is a joke. My package has not been delivered and it was set to arrive yesterday. I ordered this item on a Thursday. Here it is Wednesday and still nothing. This place needs to be shut down.

Hey fed ex, you might have a lost truck. My package that hasn't arrived yet it has been on your local delivery truck for over 14 hours. Does that even concern you? It would me having a missing truck and driver. Calling your service is a joke.

They have been holding onto my mother’s cut flowers since last Thursday at 10:45am and still have yet to deliver them almost a week later. They are 100% dead and when I called, the woman said there is absolutely nothing she can do. I would have to call the flower company to refuse delivery, yet FedEx is the company that have not delivered them for whatever reason.
