I ordered the iPhone 15 and the first two days no one could sign for it but today it told me it would be delivered no one from FedEx came to my apartment door like they did the first two days. The driver didn’t even try to deliver it today

About 75% of the time my package is either delayed, out for delivery and the attempted delivery literally never happened yet it says they tried, or they’re so late that I have to sit around all day waiting to sign for the package and then they never come! 25% of the time it’s actually delivered the same day as expected and only one time have I received a door tag. Get it together people… ??

We recently had a package that was tasked to be delivered by this office. There was one letter in our address that was incorrect and FEDEX made it impossible to rectify this issue. My wife (not having access to answer the incoming calls) later returned 5 calls to the local office. Responding takes you directly to an annoying automated phone tree and the 1-800 number where someone tells you that they "updated the address". Yet after repeating this exact process 5 times we continued to receive calls from this local office indicating otherwise. This is a terrible system that clearly has profound communication issues.

Hours hand posted on door do not match website online. No direct phone number. Talked to corporate they said the package was there and ready for pickup.

I live in a big house, I put under notes to ring the bell at the gate because it rings to my phone and gives me video and audio so I can see and talk to whoever is at the gate before I let them up, and in 4 delivery attempts it has yet to happen. I guess they drive up, knock on the gate, and then leave like idiots. So, I decided to go pick up the package myself instead because the drivers are obviously too incompetent to follow simple instructions. I looked on the website and it said this facility was open until 9pm, so I drove all the way out there from Anderson only to find them closed with a sign on the door that said they close at 8:15pm. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! Then I was actually able to stop someone who worked there to see if they could get my package due to the situation. l watched them call the supervisor and ask them to get the package since it was ridiculous it says they are open until 9pm online and they have gotten other customers packages after 8:15pm due to that. The supervisor refused to get my package, this place and all its employees suck! Minus the woman who actually tried, she is obviously the only competent or considerate person who works here. No more FedEx! If someone tells me they are sending something I will tell them I would rather them use Pony Express than FedEx, I would still get my packages faster.

Very poor customer service. Will not communicate and will not allow us to pick up our package at their location. We work as truckdrivers and can not sit at home waiting on their very open hours. Not a single person working here will help. We do not ever recommend FedEx

Website says it's open on Sundays. A sign on the door says closed on Sundays.

Tracy, Marcus and Jesse were so helpful today. I saw the package I needed was delivered to Loveland and all three found it and narrowed down the bag to get my package. As consumers we have little idea of what it takes to get a package shipped. I am most appreciative.

When I need to speak with a human there isn't an option to to do so, what type of CUSTOMER SERVICE bs is this? I call a number to speak with a human not a machine, a super inconvenient method and a waste of my time. Count your days fedex

Lost medication. Delivered To the wrong house. Driver doesn’t remember where he delivered it. No idea how I’m going to get my meds now. Would give zero stars if possible.

Package has been "out for delivery" on 2 different trucks, and still gets delayed until tomorrow. I'll be sticking with UPS or USPS. This place is garbage.
