This past tax filing season was the first time I've used a professional to file my taxes. The rep I worked with was nice, but I'm really disappointed. In regards to my city taxes, it turned into a huge mess. First, my rep called to tell me I owed $75 in city taxes, but when I arrived to sign everything I was told I actually owed almost $800 in city taxes. I paid them, but I was a bit frustrated by such a huge error when I'm paying a lot of money for someone to help me avoid this type of stuff. Fast forward to August and I received a notice from RITA that I still owe an additional $400 on top of the $800 I paid. I will not be returning after all of this, and I can't say that I recommend this location

Ramesh was excellent to work with. He clearly understood our complicated tax situation, and helped us get everything together and finished in a short amount of time.Also, as someone who is self-employed, taxes can be extra stressful. So it was nice to have a professional get everything in the 100% correct order.
