I had an appointment with Rose today to buy a car and everything went great. Rose was very helpful and professional and made the entire process very smooth and comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bought a car on August 3rd, and all was well till they lost my paperwork and made me resend it. Mid way my sales person went on vacation or just completely quit (i’m not really sure) so i started working with a different sales rep.
They said all the title and paperwork would arrive at my local dmv but little did I know they sent it to the wrong county (not sure how they messed up the county) and furthermore charged me a different tax per county so I over payed. Finally they did not bother to tell me anything regarding the loan and if I had not reached out the bank I would have still been occurring late fees.
Today is October 8th and the car is still not registered in my name. I have no paperwork at all and I never even received temp tags. I have been unable to drive this car for 2 months now. These people are liars and I would encourage you to take your buisness elsewhere.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Whenever someone complains about the multiple issues from buying a car from here or leaves a review on Google, all they say is that you're impatience and that they will let the management team know. Nothing is ever done to resolve the multiple problems this place has. Traveled almost two hours to purchase a car from this location (I'm from Indiana). There was only one salesman trying to handle multiple potential buyers. We had to wait 3+ hours to get started on the purchasing process, and that's with me bringing in a pre-approved loan from my bank. It seemed like the nightmare was over once I had signed all the paperwork. A few days later, I'm told that the paperwork I signed was incorrect since I'm from out-of-state. I had to sign all new paperwork and mail it back to them. Two weeks after purchasing the car, I'm told that they forgot to send me a vehicle inspection form for my state's BMV. I had to take time off work to take the car in and get inspected by a BMV employee and mail the document back to them. I tried registering my car since the interim plate was expiring within 2.5 weeks. Turns out, they never sent the title to the Indiana BMV. Whenever I tried contacting them about the title, I never get a response. I didn't hear back from them until I filed a consumer complaint with the Indiana Attorney General's office. Once I heard back from them, I was told that I wasn't being patient enough. Then days later, I'm told that the title company can't issue a title because they need an updated copy of my insurance. Keep in mind that I gave them EVERYTHING back in August and it is now October. I had to file another complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's office. Stay far away from this dealership.

The car i was interested in became available on the website. I called twice to confirm the availability, one in the morning and then an hour before the location’s closing. Asked Eric to notify me if the car gets sold, as I live in Minnesota and flew all the way to Indiana and then drove to Ohio to purchase the car. Came to the location at 10 AM sharp (their opening time) just to be told that the cars have been sold at 9 PM, when the store should have been closed. If you have any respect for yourself, your time, your money, do not deal with these clowns and don’t trust a single thing that any of them say over phone.

Had a terrible time with them. Took off work early to look at a car over 2 hours way from me. Scheduled a appointment, was assured it was being held for me. They sold it and DIDN'T tell me.
Tried to call multiple times and got a voicemail - that when you leave a voicemail tells you the mailbox is full and hangs up.
Don't bother doing business with them.

I found the right car at the right price. The rest of the car buying experience was odd, apathetic, and unair conditioned. Seriously, I’m here on July 9 and it’s cooler outside than inside.

I agree with the Gabriel Crain this place is not good vibe. While I did not purchase, I did a test drive with my daughter and while we passed on purchasing, something is very strange about the experience for me. Sales person was nice and so was the one that told me where the bathroom was, but to me the cars did not appear to be in great shape nor did they remove do not sell stickers on cars that were on the website, not sure what that meant to me the buyer. They had two more cars to look at, but both said not for sale so we left very confused. Seems to lack proper management and auto reselling experience. While we were cash buyers, if the deal was to start at 10 am I had best be out by 11 am. I'd have to hear from Hertz Corporate before I would consider buying from this location and they would have to prove they made serious changes.

This is the most insane dealership experience I have ever had. I came in to purchase a Tesla Model 3 at 10 am as soon as the store opened. They use financing through the bank I use so it would be an easy process to get in and finance. I drove the car and confirmed it was what I wanted by 10:30 am. It is now 2:45 on the dot and I have not been given numbers nor been told anything. After an hour and a half they came and found me and I assumed to tell me the numbers and instead told me it took them an hour and a half just to do a trade appraisal. 5 hours at a dealership for nothing besides them collecting my personal data the management team here could care less about you buying a car or not they are collecting their salary and wasting your time. Absolutely pathetic organization that baited me to drive all the way up here. The manager lady whoever that is is extremely rude and impossible to deal with. THIS IS THE FARTHEST THING FROM A CAR DEALERSHIP!

Absolutely horrible service. Found a used car on their website for 28k after taxes wanted to fly up pick it up the next day cash unfortunately you can't get a hold of these folks. Submitted a fastrack pass and no one called me. I had to call my local dealer here in FL to get ahold of them and even then they didn't reach out to me. Georgia and Clearwater hertz had to apoligize for them. I eventually flooded their line with phone calls this was 5 days after I decided I wanted to buy the car and finally got through to Jake. He was somewhat helpful I told him I was a serious buyer and was ready to fly up that day and pay them the full amount he said I had to send over some information first which I sent the same day. Fast forward it is the next day no update or anythng. 2 days later after submitting my information I had decided for myself to close on a deal elsewhere as this hertz was wasting my time as I have a busy schedule. Like someone else said here THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY SELL YOU A CAR. Threw a way a sale for 28k like it was nothing, absolutely horrible.
