It says on the website 24 hours. Open 24 hours! This is NOT TRUE! FALSE ADVERTISING! LIARS! Of course I didn't know this was the case until I desperately needed to get in my storage one night and when I put my access code in the keypad, it said closed. I immediately called the after hours phone number and they said "that storage facility in Loveland is closed. It closed at 10pm." I said, "but it is supposed to be open 24 hours. It's all over your website! Over & over again! More than once or twice. A lot of times! Is there another location that's open 24 hours? Because that's the whole reason that I got this storage. Because I need one that's open 24 hours." The lady on the phone said "No. All of the locations close gate access at 10pm." Just fair warning. And not to mention it's way overpriced. I got a small closet size storage 5×10 for $71 per month. I only agreed to the amount because I thought it was open 24 hours. If they can't be honest about their hours, how can I trust them with my stuff? I tried explaining this to the operator who answered my call & told me about the hours. She didn't know what to say & hung up on me. I wish they would at least act like they care a little bit about their customers. After all, they are the ones who messed up here. I'd be happy if they would give me a month free for my closet unit for the incredible inconvenience this has been. I'll edit my post after speaking to management....... to be continued........

I had a great stay here. Clean and secure. Will be happy to use again. A couple of automated hick-ups but the staff was polite, professional, and the human factor fix the issues quickly.

I agree with some of the others. A year or two ago this place was great. Now they are nothing but crooks! I have been trying to get my gate code so that I could vacate my unit. I have been calling and emailing for 2 weeks. Noone wants to call me back. I finally reached someone yesterday and told I would have a call back and again nothing!! They are thief's! I have items in my storage that are irreplaceable and that are purposely keeping me from my things just to collect more money or to try to make a profit on my things!!! Everytime I would call or email I would get some email notice about rate increases, or if I am planning to vacate by the end of the month disregard the notice. So you know they were getting my messages. I receive I notice yesterday that I may not have access any more to my storage if I don't make arrangements. I have been trying to make arrangements for weeks now and have been denied access the entire time! I have kept record of and recorded the phone calls even. Stay away from this place!

I gave email and verbal notice that I was ending my tenancy 30 days ahead of time. On the phone I was told as long as I was our and the unit was clean, that the tenancy would end.I did and it was...yet I continue to be contacted regarding paying this month's rent. I call to respond, the call is outsourced and I'm told my communication will be forwarded to the site Mgr or to corporate offices.Yet I continue to get late pymt notices.Nobody is ever at the local office.Fri I saw mail and keys sitting in the kiosk area.

Prices look good then at the regular intervals, up goes your price. $10 to $15 per 6-7 months like a charm. New coat of paint, up goes your price. Gate that finally works, up goes your price. How many months did we go with a gate that didn't work? Did you go down on price to make up for not having things secured? NOPE. It's nicely located, easy access, I'll give you that. But the games they play with prices and Mgt is NEVER on site.

been storing my Boat here for about a year now, Have not had any issues what so ever. Looks like that have done some improvements to the property recently. Price for my unit has been just what I was looking for.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!I chose this facility because it was close to the highway and open 24 hours according to the hours they advertise. They are not open 24 hours. You do not have access to your unit outside of their daytime hours and those hours are not posted anywhere. their website says 24 hours.Once you move out of the unit they try to get you for an extra month of rent if you don't give them a two week notice that you are moving out. Even after i called and informed them that I was moved out they still were trying to bill me for the next two months. I literally called them six times and talked to a representative every time telling them I had moved out and to stop billing me. asked for them to send me a confirmation that it was canceled multiple times and they never did. The last phone call I had with them I was told the manager was going to call me back but they never called. hopefully I am done dealing with this. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Have stored here for a while, and nice improvements over the last year. New manager Yvette that is super friendly, especially when I had payment issues she was considerate. Good price too for what I have.

Stay away! Two years ago, I would have sung praises of this place and had referred others. Angel was phenomenal. But since then.. AWFUL. I’m currently looking for somewhere else. The new manager is rude, I stopped in the office to ask a question and as soon as I open the door she looks at me, rolls her eyes and goes “UGH!!” It was not close to closing. So sorry that your customers are such a bother. The rates are just ridiculous. I understand having to raise rates. But why, when I compared prices to kid you not 10 local storage facilities is this one ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE than the others for the same size. And all of those look in much better condition. The gate was broken and stuck open for many months, reading reviews here that so many had their units broken into. As others have said the walk through gate is broken now. This place has become a joke. Stay away. You’ll end up paying well over $100 for a 5x5- no matter what the internet tells you when you try to rent. Angel, if you read this- you’re missed. Thanks for all you did for us. To the new manager- get some people skills.

The roof of my unit is leaking and there has been serious damage. We were told the roof leak is not their fault and refused us any kind of compensation or remedy. Completely insaneIn regards to response we have tried to call several times and no one answers and messages are unreturned. If no one answers the phone or returns the calls how am I supposed to talk to the property manager?

There is a leak in the roof of our storage unit and several items have been damaged. We reached out via phone and got no response. When we stopped in in person we were told the leak was not there fault which is obviously ludicrous. We were offered no compensation, remedy or assurance that the leak had been repaired. A google review received an automated response to call the number that no one answers or returns messages from. Dealing with this place is like being stuck in a bad dream. Completely insane

Says open 24 hours when they are not. I set up a rental at the kiosk and the gate code doesn’t work. When you call and leave a message for the location manager they don’t call back and only after 8am can you get ahold of a live person at a call center but they couldn’t fix the gate code and the manager for the property come in till 9 am.The “free first month” cost me $136.45.Would have been better off waiting for the office of other storage facilities to open and renting there where the actually have 24 hour access. This place is a scam.Now 10:30 am. Have called eight time left two voicemails no one has called me back to fix the gate code.

Disappointing. We signed up for a garage to store majority of our household items for a little over a year as we lived in an apartment while looking for a house. During that year, the gate was open all day and the office was unresponsive.I sent notice that we would be vacating over 30 days in advance via email and called to follow-up. No email reply and no confirmation of my call. I removed my CC from automatic payment and let the office know again. Still no reply. Two days before vacating, I received a notice for the next month which I called and emailed about. Still no reply. Within a week, I received calls from a machine about the past due invoice and when I called to speak to someone, I was forwarded to a voicemail.There is no one manning the emails or phone to get messages through. A HUGE problem when you have an issue or need to get a hold of someone. Disappointing is putting is kindly.AND I called the phone number the manager listed on their reply...which went to an automated prompt system to leave a voicemail.

The worst! DO NOT use this storage location! I rented the unit on a Sunday, the code wouldn't work so the lady at the call center gave me a temporary code for the one time use and told me the manager would call with a permanent code. No one called, I have called every day for almost two weeks and still no one has called. I have no access to my unit or the items I did mange to get in the unit using the one time emergency code. I've begged for help and get nothing. It seems I'm expected to keep paying just to prevent them from taking my stuff; feels like a scam. It does not even deserve one star.
