The lady at the customer service desk Judy isnt very customer service-y. I walk up to her and it already seemed to have inconvenienced her. then she is looking through my receipt claiming she can't find the item to circle it and said it in a tone that made me feel like it was my fault - like i had never bought them in the first place. I told her the price and what it would be listed under and she didnt respond so i asked if she had checked the bottom because i had it folded in half and she was like "YOU WATCHED ME CHECK IT DUH ITS NOT HERE". who knows what wouldve happened after that if she didnt then look down and say oh there it is. then she didnt even refund me for the second item so I asked if she wasnt able to. again, "YEAH I DID DID YOU NOT LOOK?" and scoffed at me. she hadn't. so dont act like I'm wrong before you even hear my perspective Judy. On top of that she wasn't very pleasant to the shy new employee that had just arrived for his shift and I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't last long poor thing.

They said they’d have my meds ready by 12 and when I got here they told me they’d have to talk to my doctor before they even filled it and didn’t notify me about this. Once they talked to my doctor they said it would be another hour. I’m extremely frustrated and will not be using this pharmacy again because of their basic lack of communication.

I choose a time for a medicine to be filled and it's never ready at that time, they hardly ever have the drive thru window open. One of them flung my medicine on the counter and said "there you go" and didn't say you're welcome when I said thank you.

Prescription promised EOD Weds. went in Thursday. Waited in line for 20 minutes during which time ONE person was waited on. There were 11 in front of me. Got out of line. Shopped for 20 mins. Went back to look. SAME LINE. Left. Returned mid afternoon Friday because I HAD to have the script that day. Was 8th in line. Waited 27 minutes (yes, I timed it). Got to counter...they had one of two ready, not the one I needed, could I give the 30 minutes? Shopped for random items for 30 minutes. Stood in line for 30 minutes. Prescription not ready. She took 5 customers then scrambled to get it ready. calls my name and waives me to the front of the line, the NEXT customer chewed ME out for "cutting", and checked me out. Went out to, opened Prescription to find 1 pill pack, not 3 as was indicated and was charged for. Went back in waited 20 minutes in line. When I got to the front and told her that I'd been charged for 84 pills but only received 28. She literally snapped at me said fine I will take care of that RIGHT NOW for you...sarcastically. The other customers kinda gasped, and I turned and said, I thought I was kinda nice about that, EVENTHOUGH I was frustrated AF. she more ore less stapled the bag and tossed them across the counter at me. I went across the street to walgreens. Verified that they accept my new insurance which is why I stopped going to CVS. They took all my prescription numbers from the two that I had just filled and told me in 75 days to call them and they'll call Kroger and get the prescriptions. It was pretty satisfying. And that part took 5 minutes.

Drive-through was closed during store hours with no explanation makes it very difficult to pick up prescriptions with three kids in the car. After calling I was told they would probably open at 12. Last prescription called in to this location

Absolute worst pharmacy. I have used the Kroger pharmacy for 15/+ years, but I'm done. Staff moves with zero sense of urgency, even when the line is 10 people deep and when you get to the desk, there is only a 40% chance they have your prescription ready, even though you've received a notification that it is ready. My son's latest prescription was called in 6 days ago and before going I called ahead to check that it was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was told it wasn't ready and would be at least another hour, which conveniently would be right about when they are closed for lunch. When I questioned why it wasn't ready, I was told it was still in process because they prioritize medications for people waiting in the store, antibiotics and life-threatening conditions first. Ok, fine I get that for for the life-threatening conditions and antibiotics, but for 6 days??? My son has twice missed taking his medication before school because the prescription was not ready and I'm requesting it it a week in advance.

This pharmacy is way understaffed, and wait times are loooong. Like many have said, if they tell you it will be ready it wont be. If you go to pick up and they say 30 minutes, factor an hour. If they say it will be ready tomorrow morning, it wont be ready the following day. All you can do is show up and wait and try and be nice and wait more, and then wait even more. Maybe go grab a book and read it in line so you wont have to buy it since you’ll finish it before your script is ready. Bring a cot and take a nap? Maybe?Dear Kroger, please increase your pharmacy staff to appropriate headcount to avoid angry folks dying of old age while they wait in line.

Slow. Line is always crazy long. Drive through almost always closed. Can hardly get anyone to answer the phone. They had 4 hours to fill my daughter’s prescriptions yesterday and still didn’t fill them by the time the pharmacy closed, as promised. When I spoke to a manager they said they can’t find any help because the other pharmacies are paying more. I don’t know if that’s true or not, but, maybe pay more then! I think they’re just being cheap and trying to still use Covid as an excuse to not have any staff and overwork the ones they do have.

Very, very frustrated with this company. Every time I think it is getting better it gets wayy worse. We begged for the drive thru to open, and now it is, but they have less staff than they did when it was closed, so you sit in the drive thru for more than an hour and don’t even get acknowledged, and waste expensive gas because there is only one person to attend to both inside and outside…so now the wait time is even longer for everything… close the f-ing thing if you can’t balance both so at least we know we are going to eventually be waited on. I was frustrated and may have shown it too much last week and had a young lady straight up tell me that soon I wouldn’t have anyone to argue with because she and some of the other staff were quitting because they didn’t make enough to suffer this much. I feel terrible for taking it out on the employees because I can tell now they are dying inside and it has to be a company problem. Skip this pharmacy if you have a choice. Maybe the regulatory agency will close it down and force them to fix the situation before they have bigger problems.

Worst pharmacy ever!! Do not go to this one. No one answers the phone or they hang up the phone and don’t even say hello first. Drive thru is never open. They are slow with no sense of urgency at all. Line on the inside is always long and you wait for over an hour sometime. They send texts to your phone saying your prescription is ready and then you go to pick it up and they say that they don’t have it and that it isn’t there! I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Ever.

This pharmacy is borderline not safe, due solely to no staff. Is there no one working anymore? I came in for antibiotics or my wife, and when I got there the line was, not exaggerating, over 50 people long. I walked to the front to see what was going on and saw only one young man running the only register, and customers waiting were all clearly mad. The only other person working was the pharmacist and she was working with a customer at drop off window, who seemed upset and a second long line of people behind that person. The lady at the register was having the cashier price check several coupon cards, and the line wasn’t moving. This is not okay practice. I asked why there was no second or third cashier, if they could bring someone from the front, and the man said nothing they could do. I hear him to the customer he’s only been an employee there for 2 weeks. The phone was just ringing and ringing and no one was there to answer it, or apparently even fill meds. Drive thru is closed and I can see why. If you have antibiotics and you want to pick them up before your infection gets the better of you, go somewhere else. I did not have 3 hours to wait in line for something that I’m sure wasn’t ready, though I never got to talk to someone to even see. Had to call dr and have them send to different place. Major inconvenience. I feel bad for the employees here, and the company needs to see this is not safe for anyone.

I used to go here frequently for my family's prescriptions, but recently it has been awful. The drive thru is often randomly closed. There is a sign on the closed window that says to honk if you can't come inside. I chose to do this during hours the pharmacy was open, since I am unable to go inside, but waited twenty minutes and nobody ended up coming. Then, I called to have my prescription transferred to another pharmacy, but was immediately put on hold and waited another twenty minutes before I finally hung up. I ended up switching to another local pharmacy that seems to be much better staffed right now.

This pharmacy used to be amazing but is very poorly run. Drive thru always closed forcing you to go in. The wait time is usually 30+ min. Staff rude and annoyed.
