Wow, those people (the staff) has No Idea what customer service is, went in to cash a commercial check then they kept me there fo 30 minutes while they were on the phone trying to verify the check with the company then the teller asked her manager to waive the fee due to me being there for this long she refused, i told her that i wasn't told about th8s fee when i walked in and if i was informed i probably go to a different branch, she said i understand but I'm not waiving the fee........ Banks used to be top notch customer service but now sadly they hire people and give them possessions that way above their skills..... do not use this Branch.

The staff are very pleasant, and they always process my transactions quickly and accurately. Can't ask for anything more than that!
