If I could give this facility a zero, I would! If you are an agency staff and you're African American, I strongly advise that you do not come work at this facility because they hate agency staff and black people. They will try and pick trouble with you just to find a reason to DNR you and lie to your agency. They will try to force you to go against residents rights! And give you 17 to 20 residents with 10 check and changes, 3 showers, 3 feeds, ect. Stay away at all cost! They are very racist!

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. My grandmother was here for 45 days and came home with the WORST bed sore ever. Even the home nurse said it was one of the worse she has ever seen. It is sooo deep and probably a big as a softball. When we called we talk to them about it they seemed to just brush us off.PLEASE don’t send your loved ones here.

Some of The the aides and the 3rd shift supervisor are rude and racist I was in orientation on my first day and Melissa was rude nasty she rough with the residents she was very mean for no reason Second time I worked I had the same experience with melissa she horrible and other aide If you don't fit into their click orif you are black your not gonna get treated right there I won't be back!

I cannot say enough good things about Loveland Health Care. They truly care about my mom, are working with her to gain her strength back, and keep us updated on progress or concerns. Not fancy or new, but has a homelike feel and a caring compassionate staff. Thanks for taking such good care of my mom.

I am aware of the pandemic and do appreciate the caution this facility is showing although I think they need to open up the facility more at this point and let us truly determine whether or not things are as they seem.

Loveland Healthcare and Healthcare Management Group have been wonderful to work for. They care about their residents and employees like family. I can't say enough good things about the support that was offered to the staff and residents during COVID shut-down, by the company, community and families. I highly recommend this facility for long term care, short term skilled care and employment.

I've worked for Loveland HealthCare for almost 6 years. It's a great facility. The atmosphere is comfortable and feels like home. We have a caring staff and wonderful residents!
