The Manager Mark is inexperienced, rude, rolled his eyes when a problem was brought to him, and literally said he “couldn’t care less”. The credit card machine was down in the pharmacy so asked if cash back was offered at check out, so I could still pay for my items- two employees said yes. It wasn’t. So went to the ATM and paid the fees to take cash out, let Mark know the employees said I could so maybe just update that so people know to go directly to the ATM. He rolled his eyes and blamed the outage on the company across the street(?) then huffed. If he can’t process information or handle a problem at a job that’s fine but then he shouldn’t be a manager

I have never been to this store and definitely won't return. I drove 40 minutes to get here for a pickup order for some clearance totes that showed in stock. The pickup area was hard to find. I got my order and it is completely different from what I actually ordered...and costed double! My original total was 65 and the charges were for 112!! I never got a text or email to approve those changes until AFTER I picked it up. Customer service said nothing they could do so I had to return the whole thing. Waste of gas and time.

Shopped at this location today and was horribly disappointed by the cashier we ended up with. Usually I am pretty forgiving if someone doesn't know a ton about their job considering turnover has been so high recently but this woman had no excuse. She lacked common sense as well as courtesy and was just plain rude. She outwardly exclaimed that she couldn't understand the man in front of my husband and I, even though all three of us were telling her we were separate orders. She then proceeded to tell us that she just didn't understand him, even though he was being very clear. After the man had left, she continued to be rude and slow, talking to my husband and I as if we were stupid. She was rude, intolerant and unpleasant. Her name was Suzanne and this was at store #150.

I had one time gave this place a 5 star. I had to change my mind. I give it a 1 star. Reasons, is because after they remodeled the place, the clothes are junk, the shoes are over priced, no more jewelry counter. Do not buy their live fish. Poor things didn’t have a chance. Hire more people to run register. I do NOT work at Meijer & shouldn’t have to check myself out, unless I get 30 percent off my order.

Sushi corner has some of the best, grocery store sushi ivr ever had, along with the steam buns, I'll stop here for food over much of what's over on eastgate.

I’ve shopped at this location a couple times and I ended up finding a shirt, deodorant and cologne that I really enjoy!It was super reasonably priced and I plan to go back!Everything was organized and clean and the associates were very nice.

Be careful coming to this Meijer at night if you're short on time. We stopped in at around 9 pm to grab some groceries and some clothes for my son. By the time we went to check out at 9:50 pm, the checkout line was nearly at the back of the store. Looks like there was only one self-checkout kiosk open.

Often out of stock on items, never went back to 24/h after the plandemic but they are open later than Kroger.Employee tried to check my receipt as I was leaving. This is not their policy and I paid for all 2 of my items at the self checkout. Felt insulted will never return here or give money to Meijer again.

It's very open and easy to get around. It's a calmer shopping experience. My son is autistic and shopping at other stores feels chaotic for him. This is the only place he feels comfortable going to.

I used to go to Walmart, but I was at a place where I HATED grocery shopping. Several months ago, I started going back to Meijer. I use the shop and scan feature. I LOVE it. I scan things as I go and checking out is so easy. When were audited, it's still a breeze. We use the sturdy Meijer bags that are like a small box. It's so easy to put these in the car and lug them into the house. Because we bag as we go, our food is grouped accordingly. Because we're MPerks members we can save multiple dollars off our total. This week we saved over $10! Meijer staff is friendly and the store is well stocked and cared for. I enjoy my grocery shopping and LOVE checking out.

Always greeted coming in the door employees always friendly haven't had a bad experience at this location ever. The only thing I would complain about is I can never find a staff member out in the shopping area if I have any issues or questions about products
