Had my car washed here on 11/15/23, granted my car was really dirty, I left and continued on to Kroger further down the road. Noticed my car was still covered in soapy water and my front license plate was bent. Never again.

Mikes is not what they used to be. I go through and always need a second wash. They barely spray the front window on the drivers side. Roll you through and your hood, grill and window are all still dirty. My car is garage kept and isn't hard to clean!

The last 3 times I’ve brought my car here to be washed this car wash has left streaks and spots all over my car, including the sides, side mirrors, windows, etc. It pushes you through the air dryers so fast it doesn’t even get the water off of the windshield and most other parts of your car. Their basic wash is more expensive than most other places and less valuable. The one upside to this car wash is the abundance of space on the lot to maneuver and vacuum your vehicle, but other than that it seems they’re doing a disservice to their customers with the quality of their washes.

We have been going to Mike's for years now. The other day when we went they refused to wash our car because the bumper was messed up. The same car wash washed our car with it messed up before but this time they wouldn't. We bought tickets and everything. I will not be using mikes anymore because of this. I found Carriage wash and they actually do a better job. Check them out.

I have been using Mike's carwash for years. The last 2 car washes at the Kemper location have left numerous water spots on the car. It appears to me that they are not treating the water (or substantially under treating it). Since the water is recycled it can get very dirty if it is not properly treated. The result is water spots all over the car. I spoke with an employee about it and he denied that anything has changed.

I had an incident a little over a week ago, a streamer was lodged in the front of my car I notified corporate by email, now today I utilized the Mikes Carwash in Loveland again and there are now 2 streamers lodged in the right and left side of the front of my car and there is chipped paint and possibly more damage. I will be taking my car to a certified dealership to have it inspected. I am very upset that corporate was notified already about this issue now my brand new car is damaged. I have submitted an incident report and emails to corporate and have filed a complaint with the BBB with several photos of the incident.

Mike's wash misses a few spots and leaves some minor stains from dirty drippage even with the more expensive washes. Still, it's better than a gas station wash and the staff and process is really solid and quick.
