I reserved a UHaul online. I was scheduled to pick up the trailer at 4pm on Friday. I arrive at Montgomery Station Self Storage at 3:55 pm. I go up to the door and the place is closed. I call the number and no one answers the phone. I call UHaul and they tell me they’re supposed to be open until 5pm. From looking at the comments on here I guess this happens far too often. Why would UHaul allow someone like this to rent out their trucks/trailers?

I am very disappointed with this U-haul location. The business hours on the door are normal but no one was there. Now I am stick with a drop off fee and no one would return my call. A typical happy uhaul customer now feels like games are being played. I recommend that this location not be used by future customers.

If you need storage, a truck to move, or any items related, we highly recommend Montgomery Station self storage. They could not have been easier to deal with. They picking up and dropping off a breeze. And if they don’t have what you’re looking for, with a little notice, they can probably get it. Great customer service.

Have rented a unit here. The staff is extremely friendly. I liked the 24 access behind a gate that is always closed. Units were very clean.

Do not use this location. Returned the equipment in the same or better condition than received 2 days early on January 31 but the location did not close out my rental until February 3. The location then damaged the trailer and then billed unauthorized damage charges totalling $434 to my credit card without my approval and without calling me. Unprofessional. Unethical.
