Only reason Bearcat Storage is getting 5 stars is because I can't give them 6. Moving in and out was a breeze. Merle has always been an absolute pleasure to work with. If I ever need another storage unit I won't go anywhere else. THANK YOU MERLE!

Super accommodating and welcoming! We Needed large unit in a hurry and they were able to accommodate us! Not to mention the fact that they let you use their box truck for free on move-in day. Highly highly recommend

This facility is absolutely amazing. The items stored in my unit were dry throughout the 12 months it was stored (this was my biggest concern!). Getting on property and into the unit was never a problem. Customer service was EXCELLENT! I will definitely utilize this facility again, if needed :))

This storage unit was excellent. The manager is Honest and very helpful. I rented a storage unit from them for about five months . I really like how easy it was to initially rent the unit but more importantly how easy it was to stop renting. Truly hassle free I will definitely use them again.

Having rented my unit for 9 years and still renting , I would give it a 10-star rating, largely thanks to Merrill's outstanding service. When I first started renting, Merrill's care and concern were evident whenever I paid my bill. The facility also earns a 10-star rating for its cleanliness and security, featuring keypads and cameras. However, since the new owner took over, I've experienced two price increases, with a third one recently announced. Despite always paying my bills on time, the rising costs may force me to seek alternative storage options, which would be regrettable, especially considering my disability. My research has shown that other local storage units with similar sizes have maintained the same price for two to four years, at nearly half the cost I'm currently paying. This is my only criticism, and it's the reason I'm hesitant to give the facility a 5-star rating, particularly in light of the consecutive price increases for a long-standing customer like myself, who pays $117 for a 10x10 unit.

We have been a customer for Bearcat storage on and off for the past several years. The management has always been professional and polite, and the facility has plenty of security cameras all around the property. The grounds have always been maintained and clean. We have been very happy at this facility.
