As a veteran I have moved around and dealt with many storage facilities. I apreciate a organized, clean facility. The absolute best storage facility I have ever rented from. The staff IS ALWAYS POLITE AND HELPFUL. 407

Best place around in a pinch for me. The kicker is the use of the van for move in day. But the best part about Bearcat Mt Repose location is Merrill (Merle). Excellent customer service and he knows everything that goes on there and knows every tenant by face. I swear he even knows your unit number by heart. Not too many people take their job as seriously as Merrill. I will use the Mt Repose site again in the future simply because of Merrill.

My experience with Bearcat Storage has been very positive. I had a special circumstance where I was taking over an account of my mother's, after she passed away. I spoke with Merrill (sp?) and he was so helpful, understanding and pleasant. In fact he made me cry when he was talking about how nice my mom was and how he enjoyed their conversations when she would call to make her payment. He is the kind of person every business needs.

We have rented from Merrell and Bearcat/ Mt. Repose Storage for almost four years. We just moved out because we no longer have the need. Merrell has been professional and helpful from Day 1. The place is always clean and we’ve always felt our stuff was safe. It’s a well-run operation!If we ever need storage again, we’ll just go see Merrell.

I've had good experiences here. Merl is super nice and helpful. The free truck at move in was very convenient and I was able to rent it when I needed it again for a really good price.

I have rented storage at Bearcat storage several times over many years. I have always dealt with Merle because he has been there for many years as well my experience there has always been efficient Pleasant accurate excellent and I mean that sincerely. The facility is always clean and he's always busy. He does a magnificent job at keeping the front of the facility looking fresh with flowers and Landscaping and just really nice. It's always been a good experience no matter what day or time that I would show up to make a payment rent a storage or ask a question. He was always happy always smiling. I don't plan on being a forever customer. But I do think this is one of the best places around and cleanest to rent a storage unit and have a great customer service at that. Merle deserves five plus five stars.
