Patten's Martial Arts is a no-nonsense atmosphere perfect for kids who want to learn. The instructor is an amazing, sharp, and attentive person with beautiful intentions, great at what he does. This is not just about martial arts and karate; it's about teaching life lessons, building confidence, and making kids better people. The structure helps children show confidence and love the challenge of progressing to the next level. There is a one-year contract, but the instructor is understanding with sufficient notice. The first month is free to ensure it is a good fit. It is strongly recommended for anyone with kids over the age of four.
Mr. Patten is one of the best teachers, hands down. He is amazing at teaching my young one about martial arts, but he also instills on these kids how to become the best version of themselves. Both of my younger boys have been going to Patten’s Martial Arts for a few years now. They thoroughly enjoy learning martial arts and interacting with Mr. Patten. I will continue to recommend Mr. Patten to any parent looking for a character building physical activity for their children.
