I have gone here for my nails the last 5 years. I have always been welcomed. I never have to wait long and it is easy to get an appointment. If I have an issue, they fix it right away with no complaints. Highly recommend.

The entire staff is kind and friendly. I have never been disappointed with any service I've received. Tony is amazing with SNS nails, he is a perfectionist!

I love this place. I come here every month. I get gel mani and pedi, and believe me when i tell you they are always so beautiful, and i receive so many compliments!! The place looks so nice with the brand new mani stations and the new pedi chairs (the massage is phenomenal). I highly recommend tracy, she is the best.Services: Pedicure

I had a pedicure and gel polish. The next day the gel was peeling off and I still had dead skin all around my toes . I did not go back because I did not feel comfortable with the guy doing my pedicure. About a week after the pedicure my toes look worse than before the pedicure and I now have blisters on a couple of my toes . Would not recommend it’s also pricey. I had a pedicure and gel polish on toes only my husband had a pedicure and was talked into a manicure and it was over $200….Service: Pedicures

This business is extremely close to my house and I would’ve been so excited had it worked out. I walked in and it immediately felt like I was walking into a hoarder situation. Then, when someone asked if they could help me, I told her I was checking out their spa services. She said ok and proceeded to walk away and no one spoke to me again. I was really hoping this was a fluke, but I’ve come here to read the reviews and thankfully I did because I was looking for facial services and I wouldn’t trust these people with my face! Thank you everyone who took the time to write a review. I’m grateful and feel like I dodged a bullet!

Went here for about a year. Last experience I had was July 2021. On multiple occasions my skin would get nicked when filing off old gel. I continued going because it was close to me. My last straw was when I had my toes and fingers done and the skin was ripped multiple times. Over the next couple of days my baby toe got more and more red and I ended up having to go to the doctor because I developed cellulitis. I had to go on a weeks worth of antibiotics. I informed them what happened and I got a lot of sorry’s but wasn’t reimbursed for anything. I’m pretty non-confrontational so I could’ve pushed for something but I figured giving someone a skin infection would probably warrant more than an apology. Forgot all about the experience (thankfully) so I never posted a review. I was going through old pictures and found one of my toe and decided to share my experience. Hopefully it’s gotten better there

My nails looked so good!!!! And the lady who did them was so nice! I came in for my appointment, which was at 10, and I sat in my chair and got things going at about 10:15. And they apologized for the delay. And the lady asked about how prom was going to be and she asked to see my dress and she was super nice and sweet. And she did a design that made my nails look fabulous. Definitely best nails at prom for sure

I have been going to this salon for months and I will literally not go anywhere else!! Lucy and Tina are the absolute BEST nail techs I have ever had and they always do an amazing job!! They are super sweet and very funny! You can tell that they love what they do ♡

Not clean, rude staff, and I left in the middle of my service in pain!!This was my first time at this establishment. I was joining friends who had been there before and trusted their judgment. When I first walked in I noticed this place wasn't well lit and very cluttered. Had I not been with friends I would have turned around and left. I went against my gut and have now come to regret it. When I sat down and looked around I noticed the place was not very clean. Sinks and pedicure tubs had major hard water spots. It looked like things were crusted on it. Again I wanted to leave and again I told myself I was being too picky. The man who did my nails started our interaction by asking how I got my wedding ring off my finger, it looks too small and tight. He then was rough with the cuticle trimmer but I still held my tongue and let it go. Once he started the dip process I noticed my nails started burning after every dip. I've never experienced that before. I asked him and he said that is how it works. The last straw was when he pulled out the dremmel and was destroying the skin around my nails. I pulled back three times and he kept going. By the end of the 3rd nail I jerked my hands away and stood up and told him I was done. I wanted to pay and leave. I told him I would pay even though it was terrible. He called a woman over and she asked what was wrong. I explained what happened, and he offered to take the nails off. I did not feel comfortable with him touching me anymore and I did not trust them with anymore chemicals on my hands. He did offer to not have me pay, but I felt I needed to pay for the product used and he only charged me 50% I accepted that. I appreciate he was willing to let me leave with no payment but I didn't feel right about that. All in all I would 100% never go back and would not advise anyone else to go there.Services: Dip powder

I had a lot— taking acrylics off, a mani and a pedi. They were amazing! Tracy did my nails and I could not be happier. Prices are reasonable for the time, work, and effort they put in to making sure everything is perfect. I had been looking for a salon close to me that I liked— I love this place.
