Almost never good service this is an unorganized store outside and especially with the propane refilling section I have probably uses their propane services 5 times and not a single time has it been pleasant.... If it's even open.

Every time I place an online order it’s a fiasco. They can’t seem to track inventory properly.. the manager is useless… ( Val) wears the name badge but obviously can’t do “ manager things” or make executive decisions. No skill set to resolve a customer issue . Just kept repeating the things she’s not allowed to do. Stock some shelves Val and be sure to enter the correct # .

Price check before you shop here! Other Tractor Supply locations in the area are cheaper, and this store sneaks gouging their customers.
On top of that, customer service was awful. I was second in line with a line of 10+ people behind me, and when I politely asked the clerk to open another register, she flat-out said “no.” No effort, no apology—just “no.”
Standing in line forever while staff refuse to help = unprofessional and unacceptable. Management needs to fix this, because right now this store is the definition of do better.

Ordered a $375 tractor trailer online, it came from the Loveland Tractor supply store. The trailer they dropped off was completely rusted out, had bird poop and debris all over it and a cigarette butt laying in the trailer bed. See photos. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE

Staff was lacking basic customer service here. TSC is usually very upbeat and friendly just not at this location as a rule. No greeting and staff was rude when asked about the location of an item the website claimed was in stock and not in low quantity. So, I went somewhere else. The dog wash here is a great alternative to going to a groomer or bending over your own tub.
I wish Rural King would buy this location out and expand. If I haveto go to Loveland or Eastgate for good service why not have a bettee option here in the first place??

This place needs a new manager . I was there yesterday and saw her treating an elderly vet terribly. He was trying to return something and she was soooo rude to him , actually started talking bad about him to other employees/ customers in front of him...... Even yelling at him. This lady is always terribly rude to me and the customers. Tractor supply why do you have such a manger with a shitty attitude?

They have recently changed their standards on filling propane. They well, eventually get someone killed or some household pets. I recommend staying away from filling here. Even had suburban propane say so

I frequently visit this particular store and am always pretty happy with my shopping experience. The people working there are always really nice and have gone out of their way to help me on more than one occasion. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they are often out of the chicken feed I buy. I buy 3 kinds and I can rarely get all 3 in 1 visit. But it's always clean, the staff is very friendly and their selection is good. I do wish they had a cart return stall in the parking lot though, it's really difficult if you have multiple kids to have to return a cart to the inside of the store.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My elderly mother purchased a riding mower end of October 2023. Tractor was never used. Went to start tractor in April battery bad. Was told by general manager they would provide replacement. What a bunch of hogwash. The general manager said they were out of the battery and would get in no later than two weeks. Three weeks later no call or follow up from this store. Sad to take advantage of senior citizens. Shame on you!!!!
