Terrible service and clerk Alex does not know how to do his job I have had multiple issues with this person requesting money and been given the wrong amount even after the paper says the correct amount i requested.

Each time I login, Usbank asks me to go paperless. Their 5 minute screen timeout makes paper copies essential for chasing down problems across multiple accounts. Fidelity has no timeout.
