I am not someone who generally writes reviews, but sometimes you have to give credit where credit is due. My sister passed recently and I have had to deal with several accounts she had with US Bank. Mark Perez, the manager of this location has been so kind, professional and helpful in the process and has gone above and beyond to assist me. I cannot say enough about him.

Very good bank and people, but the ATM is very slow after the upgrade and and is off line way too often. The ATM is my main point of contact with covid, when it works...

Wow! The service level at US Bank is terrible. I waited in line at the drive through for 15 minutes. I tried using the app but they have put too many limits on that. I guess they don't want customers any more. We've been customers since 2001. Never had any issues with our account on our side. But they don't care. We are seriously going to have to look at switching banks.

Totally inconsiderate!!!!!! Today I learned that there are self centered selfish bankers and all 3 need to be ashamed of themselves. I will never bank or refer this bank to anyone I know. They couldnt even take 2 minutes to noterize a title that could of been done earlier that day. They said both parties had to be there to transfer a title whi h I know is completely false cause I have done it numerous times at any other bank in and around cincinnati. They need to have better morrals than to be selfish. Never again.

ive been making deposits to my wifes account over 2 years now went to this branch many times and I either give them her account or name & address and its never a problem, today 08/10/17 I went there and the teller stood there and lied to me, that my wife didn't have an account or couldn't find it because I had one number of her account wrong that bs in my book im making a deposit not a withdraw, at least be honest, I went to another branch and they did my deposit as always I guess I will never go to Loveland branch again. they are suppose to help you not aggravate you and lie to you, I wish I had gotton her name.

My ex recently had a shoebox dropped off for me by an intermediary. It contained items related to the home equity line of credit that I was to be responsible for after the divorce. There was a checkbook, a debit card and a note, stating the next payment due date. What he didn't tell me was that the payments on the credit line were directly withdrawn from the checking account (which, of course had no money). Although I mailed in payments, the bank continued to slam the checking account with insufficient fund fees, (notices of which were mailed to my ex) and the credit line with late fees, (notices of which went to my ex). The checks I had sent were returned...to my ex. I finally, through two visits to the bank branch and one lengthy phone call to the banking center, got the situation straightened out. I asked the bank to waive all the fees, since they admitted I was NOT intentionally late or overdrawn, and had made every effort to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. The phone lady said I can't do that here, it has to be done at the branch. The branch lady said I can't do that here...

What can I say? I love US Bank. There isn't any BS, and I'm treated with respect every time. This one is right across from King's VW, and I went to buy a car today. I got my paperwork from the dealership, headed across the road--driveway to driveway straight, and within a few minutes, I had a cashier's check for the total. It didn't matter that I was about 60 miles from my house in a different state. That wasn't always the way with banks claiming "N.A."--national association like Bank One. I really wish they'd had US Bank in Florida when I lived there. The only place in the state I found them was inside Seaworld. It's a great bank and this branch was just as great as any other I've visited.
