Outstanding, knowledgeable and personable staff!I’m at the counter at least 4-times a month - often more and NEVER ONCE have I had a negative experience.I enjoy banking here due to the quality and personality of the staff.I find it hard to believe that any of the less-than 3-star reviews must be due to a frustration with U.S. Bank as a corporation and not with the wonderful staff members here.

Each time I login, Usbank asks me to go paperless. Their 5 minute screen timeout makes paper copies essential for chasing down problems across multiple accounts. Fidelity has no timeout.

My first experience with this branch is a positive one! Opened a business checking account for my new LLC company. William was the Customer Care Representative and I was really impressed with his service to detail and his warm and caring personality! He went that extra mile and stayed over a few minutes to help get a credit card application submitted so I would not have to come back and make an extra trip!!! WOW - that is totally impressive in this culture today! William knows how to put SERVICE in Customer Service - great job William!!!

This Branch close to my house! I do have business and I banking with usbank 18 years, any time I stop in this branch I felt uncomfortable and not invited!
