I've never had any issues with my mail, I felt welcomed here. Just entering the adult world I have never been to a post office before and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have no idea where these negative reviews come from but in my personal experience the Loveland post office is a very welcoming and straightforward environment and I'm very lucky to live in a Loveland Household! Thank You guys for your lovely service!!!!!

Josh at the Loveland post office set a new record for the most rude and unhelpful service I have ever received anywhere. After walking in and cheerfully greeting him, I explained that I was going to be needing help mailing approximately 70 small domestic packages, identically packaged and pre-labeled. He let out an audible sigh, and immediately began complaining about how it would tie up someone for hours. I offered to buy stamps and to affix those stamps myself or to use their self-service counter. Although not ideal, I even offered to mail a few packages each day until they were all sent. He continued to roll his eyes and make it very clear that short of returning home and using something called “click and ship,” he was unwilling to help. It was seriously the worst service I have ever seen anywhere.
I left realizing I couldn’t trust Josh to get the job done and his demeanor left me wondering whether the packages would arrive to their final destination if I did. Ironically, I stopped by another post office just down the road where I was greeted by a very kind and helpful Postal Service worker. I explain what had happened at the Loveland office and she said she would be happy to help me. She suggested I leave her with the 70 packages and return an hour or so later to pay the bill. That’s what I did. Thank you Miamiville Post Office.

How hard is it to follow simple instructions like not putting packages into a 2”x2” mailbox constantly because your employee is too lazy to get out of the vehicle and put it on someone’s porch..Every time I order stuff and it comes usps I tell the shipper to put into the notes deliver to front door and what do ya know every time your employee decides to make a decision which is not theirs to make when it’s been requested to be left on the the porch..

I stopped in to mail a package yesterday. The woman in line ahead of me was told by the postal worker (with the long ponytail) that her package would not make it in time for Christmas (this was Monday, Dec. 16) unless she paid for faster shipping. She selected ground and read the receipt to him, which said it would arrive later the same week, the postal worker repeated 'it won't arrive in time for Christmas'. I worked with the postal employee next, and told him I needed my package to get to its destination in Northern Ohio by Christmas. He quotes me $45 for 2 day shipping to get it there in time. I told him nevermind, I'd try UPS, to which he replied snarkily, 'they will charge you more'.
Knowing what I do about this specific post office and their horrible record of poor customer service, I went to Maineville where I asked if I could get the package to northern Ohio by Christmas using ground shipping, the woman said 'no problem'. I asked if she was sure, and told her what I had been told in Loveland. She said she had no idea what Loveland was talking about, that she was certain the package would arrive on time. Then the final kicker, the fee for ground was $12, and for 2 day... $14!!! Not only is he lying to people, he was grossly overcharging as well.
Bottom line, we have witnessed countless examples of unacceptable customer service and treatment when we have used the Loveland Post Office. I choose to drive 10-15 minutes further away just to avoid it. If you must go there, avoid the ponytails.

I simply asked the gentleman to see if I had any packages attached to my LOVELAND mailing address at the location, as I had ordered a package from oversees that was not received. He looked me dead in the eye and said ‘No’. ?

This location is RIDICULOUS. NO one answers the phone. NO matter how many times U call back to back. Or if U spread the call out throughout the day. When U go into the office they are VERY RUDE to U. As if WE the customer are problems for them doing their job.I've been waiting over a few months now to have the manager call ME back. After I walk in & call multiple times. Yet still NOTHING. They need to SERIOUSLY clear out entire staff & hire people that are willing to do what there job type is.And it should start with by ANSWERING the phones and treating their customers with GREAT customer service.

Josh with the pony tail was so impossibly rude. He was borderline racist to an Asian family and told my husband and I that we were "on his time" while there for a passport appointment. Absolutely ludicrous.

The Loveland Post Office has done a 180. I used to avoid it, driving to Milford or Blue Ash, but no longer. There are (relatively) new employees who make it in upbeat and pleasant. Our carrier, John, is and has always been great. Kudos to the 45140!
