Pharmacy and photo have always been spot on for us. I frequently order photo albums and on occasion have put things in and some tech error has occurred. They are always quick to fix and trade out the item that was wrong. Just at the pharmacy yesterday and was a few early for our appointment. No problem! Great service and we were in and out ASAP.

I switched from using this pharmacy to Meijer's due to the consistent rudeness of ONE of the people working the register and drive-thru in the pharmacy. I had to use this pharmacy today because surrounding pharmacies were out of the medication my son needed. I went up to the register and of course, as usual, she was rude and made an insensitive comment regarding finances. I literally left the store crying. Walgreens on Field's Ertel should do thenselves a favor and replace her. No customers deserve to be mistreated like this.

Worst Walgreens in America. I bought cards there. When I went to pick them up I told the lady helping me I wanted to make sure there were enough envelopes. She assured me they had counted and the lady next to her started to chime in that they gave me extra incase I messed up. At this point it would have been rude of me to open the box and check after they were both assuring me I had plenty of envelopes. Once I got home I found I had less than half the number of envelopes I should have had. That's right, less than half. When I spoke to the manager he was extremely rude and didn't care. He told me if it was important to me to have enough envelopes then I should have checked myself. He didn't seem to think his employees should do their job and actually fulfill an order accurately. He didn't care about wasting a costumer's time to have to come back to the store to pick up more envelopes because his employees made a mistake. He egged me on to file a complaint with corporate and kept shoving his name tag in my face. He walked away from me telling me he didn't care. This guy's name was Tim. Then there was another woman working there at the front counter who was mocking me. This is the kind of people they employee there. I filed a complaint with corporate and they promised the General Manager, Mark, would call me back in two days to address my experience there. I never heard back. As General Manager he is hiring people that can't do their job, that are rude, don't value customer service and he himself doesn't care about following up on a bad experience in his store. This is the last time I will shop at Walgreens. This company really needs to teach employees how to do their jobs and to be nice to their costumers.

Four different occasions going there and each time they were rude. You can always assume sometimes the individual is having a bad day but when you go somewhere and this happens 4, out of 10 times it's just called being rude.

So many times we only hear about bad service, I want to give a shout out to Phyllis at the Walgreens in Blue Ash. She is always very helpful and has a smile on her face. If she is working I am always greeted and made to feel welcome. My 17 year old son recently went into the store and came home talking about the service he received. Thank you Phyllis your service is appreciated and noticed.

My vape died, I had to go replace it.. Where did I go? Walgreens because that's where I bought it in the first place. It was easy peasy.. In and out and I was done. It was great because this place was right down the street from my hotel. 1.8 miles down the street!
