Called to file complaint about their Union, KY location and they apparently don't care because they don't answer phones or return phone calls.

I went to pick up a delivery for doordash and have been standing in line along with 6-7 other people waiting for doordash orders for about an hour now. The time in line and understaff is unacceptable. I am very disappointed as for wings and rings was amazing service and kind faces when I came to sit down and eat.

I tried to eat at the Crestview Hills location, probably one of the dirtiest places I've been, there were more dirty tables stacked with dirty dishes than people in the restaurant, nobody was trying to clean them up they were just standing around talking,is this a new permanent thing because GROSS
