Great place to get your meat, but the employees are very rude. I have been coming to Pin Hook to get my meats for quite some time. Older lady, has worked there awhile, can’t seem to remember her name unfortunately but, she always seems to be having a terrible day and takes it out on the customers! I asked a simple question, & she treated me as if I was a child!!! Very rude. Very unprofessional. Life is too short to be rude! Have some respect for the customers. I hope you all can resolve the rudeness of the employees. I spend a lot of money on your meats, it would be a shame for me to have to go elsewhere because of a grown woman’s attitude. Thank you.

I am a first time customer. I bought chicken breast (which were good sized) and ribeye steaks. We had had the ribeyes yesterday and they were extremely delicious and super tender. I will 100% be returning for more.

Got a quarter beef. It was excellent. I do realize the cattle man did alot of the work but I will definitely be back.
