This class is perfect for anyone who may be just getting into yoga or is working on improving their health and mobility. I absolutely love her classes as she is non judgemental, very kind and soft spoken. I feel relaxed and ready to continue my day after her classes 😌 🤍”

Not only is it a gym with all of the equipment you need to get your body into peak shape, it also offers an Olympic size pool, a heated pool, saunas in both men's and women's locker room. To boot they also have a full court basketball court. The staff is amazing and the place is top notch.”
