Did the tax drop off and they're just informing me today that they "lost" my tax information. It is the 15th! They had days to notify me. Business won't accept any responsibility for their failure. This place should be shut down. Avoid! Or they'll end up doing the same thing to you.

Dropped off my tax info and banking info and they lost it. They don't have a clue where it is. This should not happen at a business like this. Take my advise and don't trust them with your info.
