My husband and I stopped by Arhaus interested in purchasing 1 item only: the Calista bed. Instead, we walked out having purchased furniture and accessories for our great room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom, and bedroom. THAT is a testament to Ashley Molignoni and Troy Valentik. Their professionalism and expertise, combined with warmth, kindness, and patience, made our shopping experience stress-free and fun. We selected every piece of furniture and accessory with confidence through their guidance and plan on turning to them for any future needs. I love the fall collection! one of my favorite things to do at Legacy Village is browse the Arhaus’ seasonal options. The store is always perfectly displayed and decorated with an attentive staff. I have my eye on the Finley Swivel Chair for my office! Comfy and elegant.

First, look at other websites for reviews. This company is the WORST FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They sell you a 5 year warranty when buy telling how it will protect your expensive purchase. The warranty company NEVER accepts a claim. A 2 yr old accent chair that sits in the corner of a living room has upholstery that has come off. I am a single female with a quiet life. The warranty company says this is normal wear. WHAT A RIPOFF. I've bought 10 or thousands of dollars of furniture from Arhaus. Never again. Good riddance.

If you’re looking for the perfect person to help you pick out the right pieces for your space, ask for Tracy! She was kind and patient and so incredibly helpful when we were looking for design ideas for our living area! We are so pleased with everything that she did for us and the communication was better than I could have imagined!

First off, the store itself is just stunning (my favorite is the rug wall beside the stairs). The workers are nothing but helpful and well educated on all of the products. Great store will definitely be visiting and purchasing from again.

I have purchased most of my large house items from Arhaus and have always been more than satisfied! Their customer service and product knowledge is impeccable, particularly recently. I was in to the legacy store a few weeks ago and had the pleasure to deal with Ben. Us wanting to make the perfect cozy bedroom he was incredibly helpful when it came to my indecisiveness.
