I visited this store to help me with a damage from a gift I received at my bridal shower. We used the pot only once and followed instructions to only use silicone utensils and the ceramic green pan pot was damaged. Crate and barrel said there was nothing they could do and referred me to the parent company. It seems silly that a simple exchange could not be completed for a defective product and the associate I spoke to asking about options brushed me off, spoke over me, and refused to help. I though crate and barrel was supposed to be a reputable company but not managing a defective item for replacement is a simple task any other company has been able to help with previously. Extremely disappointing overall.

Chloe G was an absolutely amazing sales rep. She helped me pick out and customize my sectional and dining room set. She was extremely patient and helpful in recommending swatches. Made the whole process smooth and was very easy to work with. I will definitely recommend her to friend and family!

Update: Our patio set arrived today after waiting one month after the maximum promised time. Of course we are still missing cushions for the chaise lounge and one chair which we are being told may not be delivered until end of May! It’s a common Sunbrella fabric and they’ve known about this order since Feb. 13th. I’m sure Crate and Barrel will respond to this by saying it was a made to order set, or some other excuse rather than admitting it was a month past the promised delivery time of 6-8 weeks and still not a complete order! Waiting this long for a patio set and missing several cushions is not acceptable and Crate and Barrel needs to do so much better if they want to stay in business and not lose more customers. Unacceptable!
Waiting 3-4 months for furniture for the price they charge is something I’m not happy about. We have been waiting on an outdoor patio set for 3 months and it’s been delayed again. Not worth the price and aggravation.

Employees very helpful with pleasure to help the client.
One thing they can improve have more sales, prices are vey high.

Beware of Crate and Barrel return policies. Won’t accept merchandise back after 30 days, not even for store credit. Will never shop at store again

Ashley was sweet, however, the one lady with red glasses (kept on asking us if we were alright, but never to the white patrons) was racially profiling my family and I. Probably will not return to this location, do better.

I love my new stoneware dinner set, however shopping in the store was a bit hectic. Sales associates seemed overwhelmed. India however, acknowledged us and took great care of us! She was very friendly and helpful throughout our shopping experience. We are looking forward to more purchases from Crate & Barrel in the near future.

We ordered two Lotus armless loveseats, and it took us two hours to pick them up at your Dallas distribution center. When we questioned the difference in package sizes at pickup, the warehouse worker assured us they were the same item. However, when we got home, we discovered that one of the loveseats was a sleeper sofa, which is not what we ordered.
We spent a week using your online chat and were told we would need to return the entire order to get a refund due to your mistake. We were also informed that you no longer have the loveseat in stock or the materials to make it. Of course, you do have it in stock because you changed the listing SKU and raised the price. Instead of sending us a replacement loveseat, you told us you are out of stock and offered us a 10% discount to pick new items—after you jacked up the price from $1,299 to $1,999?
This has been the absolute worst shopping experience, and your customer service representatives have been dishonest throughout the process.
