I made the major error of accepting a furniture delivery when all the parts were not delivered (this was an online order). My mistake…I thought shelf pegs would be easy enough to be sent to me or, at worst, I’d buy them myself. I spent $1500 on this piece plus $279 shipping. They were supposed to have contacted me about delivering the pegs but of course I had to call them. They talked me into getting $250 refunded if I just went and bought the pegs myself (which doesn’t even cover the shipping let alone the furniture I haven't been able to use for six weeks now since it was delivered). I thought they’d be easy enough to find. I soon discovered the pegs to fit the holes are not sold in stores!! I bought five different boxes of pegs which are now all opened and can’t be returned and none of them fit. I had to call them again and the rep was able to order the pegs and have them shipped. Unfortunately, only ONE PEG was sent for TWO SHELVES (aka 8 PEGS worth of shelves). I had to call AGAIN and have now been on hold for their so called Level 2 “support” for 55 minutes and counting because now I’m told they in fact DON’T have the pegs any longer. All of the reps I’ve spoken to in and of themselves are super nice and are trying to be helpful. Their fulfillment on the other hand is HORRIBLE. You are taking a huge risk of not getting what you want, or spending a ton of time trying to fix their mistake or wait for them to fix it. At the very least, do yourself a huge favor and don’t accept any furniture no matter how hard it was to get in your house and no matter how small the damage or missing part is and no matter how much you love the piece or how long you’ve been waiting for it. It’s not worth the pain to try and resolve after the fact. Also, you’re taking a real chance on anything on sale because apparently if it’s on sale there’s a good chance it’s discontinued and good luck if you have an issue. The sad part is I had my eye on this piece for probably two years and finally bought it and now it sits taking up space in my bedroom and I can’t use it. I expected so much more from Crate and Barrel. Not anymore. They’re just like the rest. Wayfair is better than them - and certainly Wayfair’s ability to solve problems (especially simple ones) is FAR better than Crate and Barrel.

Not my kind of place...so I really can't provide comment.

After driving an hour and receiving a damaged table from a “reputable” store who has higher than average prices, there was no leeway or opportunity to assist in receiving a new item due to their error and damage to the item. One customer service rep hung up on me and the other would not offer any alternative due to the length in drive time to their location nor order the new item ahead of time so I could make the exchange. I would have had to drive there three times in total…6 hours…and no opportunity was given to do an even exchange on the second trip out to their store. I’m disappointed in their customer service for being such a big box store.

Well stocked store with a very helpful staff. If they don't have what you are looking for in stock they will do all the work for ordering and delivering it to you.

This is our preferred store for daily plates, bowls, etc. Their other products are more expensive than their competitors. One gift assembly (spices) cost 25% more than buying directly from the spice company on the label.

Tried to return a wedding registry item that was completely unopened with original receipts and all. It was outside of their 90 registry return policy and I just asked for store credit- of any amount, even less than the original value! The two women at the Legacy Village location were extremely rude , told me there was nothing they could do and that I should have come to return it sooner. 90 day return policy for wedding items?! Come on. Most other home good stores offer at least 6 months grace period. I will be taking my business elsewhere to stores that value their customers. I suggest you do the same

Horrible customer service. Plus they were not very nice on the phone. I was in Columbus on business. I called their Columbus Easton store, they did not have an item in stock. I then called their Cleveland store (my hometown) and they had the item. After I got back in town and less than 10 hours after the sale ended the Cleveland store would not honor the price. According to the associate I talked with, she talked to her Manager and the Manager said "absolutely not". I would have purchased it in Cleveland had I been there . The item is over 100 pounds and my wife need me to be in town to pick it up. I had no idea the Sale ended on a Wednesday, again less than 10 hours after I contacted the Cleveland store,

Top of the line products. Keep in mind their steep prices to some is compared to quality. Perfect for shopping with the mindset of lasting quality furniture.

While the furniture is beautiful, delivery is a nightmare. I received multiple deliveries of incorrect items/other peoples items or my item with missing parts as well as had a canceled delivery date when my husband had taken the day off work. Had difficulty getting a refund and canceling the remainder of my order. I have always loved C&B and have been saving up to get special pieces I love… gutted they cannot get their act together. Unfortunately I will not be going back.

Do not order anything large. Waited weeks to have a delivery scheduled to then be told, the night before, that half the items weren’t available. Now I’m being told they are weeks out. Do yourself a favor- don’t buy anything that isn’t in your hand walking out the door. Zero customer service support. All they know how to do is run your card. No products follow.

Whatever you do, don't get talked into using their Mastercard. If you have a credit balance, and you want it refunded.....good luck.

We were staying at the hotel in Legacy Village and walked around the plaza to check everything out. We love Crate & Barrel, so we stopped in to see if anything caught our eyes. This location has some great display windows on the outside that give you a good preview of everything and inside it's pretty spread out so you don't feel claustrophobic while you're browsing. They have two floors and everything is well organized. The kitchen section was pretty impressive with all the tools and accessories you could want. It's also nice to be able to sit on the couches in person and check out materials instead of buying them online.

Absolutely horrible return policy and the staff were rude about it. Used a product once (put water in it) and they refused to take it back saying ‘we’d literally have to throw it away’ in an extremely rude manner. Never recommending crate and barrel products to anyone
